The couches could be upgraded along with the dishwasher but they still get the job done. The fridge and washer/ dryer were great. One shower drain didn’t work super great but manageable. Baseboards and bedrooms couch use new paint job but that’s just cosmetics. The only true complaint is the elevators. We never waited less than 10 minutes for an elevator, they were beyond hot, and the day we checked out we waited 57 minutes for an elevator. We had to take the steps multiple times because of the wait. We were able to do it but an elder person or someone injured would absolutely not be able to. When we arrived there were issues with the cleanliness of the room. Vacasa did apologize for this and offered to send someone back to clean. Unfortunately the biggest issues could not have been fixed with a quick cleaning so we declined. The walls and furniture are very beat up and the carpets need to be deep cleaned/replaced. First, I’m not one to complain or find fault, or take to heart negative comments and reviews from others. Maybe I should have paid more attention. We had a few issues. The master bed was quite high. We bought small stools to get up on it, then to our surprise, we found one under the bed halfway through our stay. Wish we had known this before arrival. Also, we couldn’t get the tv to work, and when we called the office, no answer. Also, extra blankets would have been nice. We believe in going the extra mile, so we left a float, dishwasher packets, and garbage can bags for the next guest. The toilets were low, and a raised one would be helpful to older renters, as well as grab bars. The dishwasher couldn’t get clean a light load. Some cosmetic improvements could be made, though I know it is hard sometimes to get people in the trades to do work, much less do it properly. Management needs to step it up. One pool was closed, but no chairs brought to the other one during that down time. Elevators were spotty regarding working and efficiency. If an elevator is out of order, a notice needs to be placed on all floors. Otherwise, guests could stand waiting on a non working one and know it is nonfunctional. Still, the unit met our basic needs. And we did have a good vacation. ##### Larry T. The furniture was very nice, it was clean. The only thing I would like a little more cookware, when I come I like to cook to keep from going out so much. The views were fantastic. The condo was spotless, convenient to everything and very spacious. There is plenty of security and access to garage parking was easy access. It was definitely well kept up by the owners. The bay windows in the master room had a beautiful view for pics and to wake up to! Loved the large bathtub as well! I am a big review reader so just to touch on previous reviews, there are now 3 hair dryers, there are tons of plates all different sizes and paper plates as well. The room was very clean, including all the showers/tubs, but also had a broom and vacuum to manage the sand if any came up from the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook to full meal with as well as bake, with the exception of a can opener…there was 1 in the room but it was dated and didn’t work. Had I realized this prior to the last night we would’ve purchased one and left it in the room as we plan to return. Also, you might need a throw blanket for the couch. The room came with a set of sheets and pillows for the couch bed, but no extra blankets anywhere. This is so small I hardly mention it but if you are a little sunburnt you do wish you had that blanket. The elevator situation made me very nervous so we avoided elevators during high traffic hours. We went to the beach before 9am or after 11am, and we typically didn’t leave the hotel until after 5pm and never had any issues. A few times we did have to wait but nothing beyond 5 minutes. There wasn’t an attendant working them & they were all working during our stay. But the staff was unfriendly and rude. Elevator availability was horrible. We had to wait several times for more than 30 minutes to get an available Elevator. ##### James B.
