Got a late check out at 4:00 which was nice from the manager but the cleaning guy came back in again and tried to clean while we were eating lunch. Some might not like the two levels but when both of us were working, this gave us the ability to have calls without disturbing each other. Loved the facility, HATED their portal/website. It is flat out wrong on some things (like park in the garage when there isn’t a garage), misleading on some things (must add license plate), difficult to find information, and errors out (trying to add rental car, it’s not possible). But don’t ding the host or the condo for a screwy website! Great place and would absolutely stay again! ##### Mark R. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Relaxing atmosphere - perfect for families. The property was clean and beautifully decorated. There were a few small things that needed attention. The tv in the living room was damaged. The screen was cloudy and the volume was really low. The closet door in the bedroom was off track, and the refrigerator and freezer doors had to be pushed closed to prevent the freezer from freezing over. I sent all of these issues to the property manager so they should be addressed. The hallway gets a little noisy at night but overall we had a wonderful time and would stay here again. ##### Jarrod M. When we arrived the door code was changed from what was sent to me. Thankfully maintenance helped us to be able to get into the room. The fear I had when I called was the fact their answering machine initially states to call back during normal business hours. The silverware we pulled from the drawers still had food on them like they had been used and put back without being washed. The downstairs bed smelled like someone’s cologne. We found multiple dead roaches and spiders. I just feel like with what I paid for the place, there shouldn’t have been these kind of issues. ##### Chance W. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at this rental. Communication with Oversee was fantastic. They were in contact with us during our stay and were very pleasant when we talked to them. We loved that the rental was on the third floor with beautiful views of the Gulf. It was great being able to use the stairs instead of the elevators whenever we left the condo. The condo itself has 2 floors which was great for us, but may not be good for those with mobility issues. As you enter the rental there is a foyer to leave beach chairs, shoes etc then you go straight to the king bedroom. Up the stairs is a nice size kitchen, dining room and very nice living room. The balcony is right off the living room and overlooks the beach. The beach was uncrowded this week in October despite fall break for many schools. Really liked having the bedroom separate from the living areas. And the extra large bathroom upstairs provided us with plenty of space for me to get ready, make up/hair etc… Being right on the beach was a must for us! The beach is so close and convenient! Only downside to our vacation was a/c outage in whole building (condos are a little older and could use minor upgrade) but location makes up for it. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short because they weren’t sure how quickly a/c would be back on. It was obviously not the fault of the rental company.
