There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. The room was so nice, clean and really comfortable with all of the room. The views from the balcony and even in the bed are spectacular. Everything was so easy to do there, we felt like they’ve know we were coming and anticipated our arrival. The guys on the beach that handled the chairs were awesome! Easy parking access. Plenty of towels. Negatives: Not the cleanest- goldfish snacks under the sink, mold all in the shower, stains on the pillows, pullout couch-bed was stained. At 8:15-8:30 in the morning on checkout day the cleaning crew punched in the door code and came on in without knocking, scared the children. Only two elevators and one was broken one day. One elevator for the whole building The unit layout was perfect for us. Lots of room and great furniture. The building elevator system needs an all out overhaul. Absolutely loved this place! Our view was beautiful. We saw as far as the eye could see! It was clean and plenty of space to relax and enjoy after our days out on the beach. The only down fall is getting to and from. The elevator was at most a 20 minute wait. 21 flights of stairs will definitely work your calves. The elevator was hot and humid. If a fan could be placed in a corner that would possibly help but waiting for the elevator was the biggest issue. ##### London R. The view was outstanding from the 18th floor. The beach was well kept in front of the condo and the beach service included with the room was outstanding. A couple of cons that left me rating this a 4 star vs. 5 star was that when we arrived there was some cleaning issues that could have been noticed by the cleaning crew, and one night after going to bed (after the "quite time" began) someone began shooting fireworks and was cheered on by others at the condo. When we checked on this, they advised the people were on the adjacent public part of the beach, so nothing could be done. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend to family and friends. The negative reviews on the elevators we did not see this problem.
