A couple of issues while we were there-No hot water from Sat til Monday evening(Heating element was fixed Monday) Over the range Microwave was out-Was provided a loaner however it took most of the day to receive it. Had to rewatch several dishes in order to use them- A couple of staff members were not very willing to help-The others were on top of it. There was a table with chairs and 2 lounge chairs on the balcony. When the beach was a little breezy, we would sit in the sun on the balcony and stay out of the wind. The rooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The living room furniture seemed like it was brand new. Our only complaint was that the dryer wasn’t working right and ruined a couple of pieces of our clothes. I ended up not doing any more laundry. I notified Vacasa right before we left, so they didn’t have time to repair it. The condo is in great shape and had everything we needed. The view is amazing from the 12th floor balcony. I was concerned about being on the 12th floor but the 2 elevators are super fast so we never waited more than a minute or 2 for the elevator. My family and I had a great time. The floors were mopped right before we arrived, wet marks were visible and you could smell the cleaner but they need a good scrubbing. You had to wear shoes or socks (that would become black) at all times. Many surfaces were dusting/dirty, high and low surfaces. The washer and dryer need updated, the dryer barely dried anything, it needed ran multiple times. One of the bathroom vents didn’t work and the other didn’t have a covering, somehow moths were coming through and getting into the bathroom. The property was chill and they let kids be kids at the pool. The pictures are slightly deceiving and need updated. If you want to shower in a 90’s bathroom this is your place. There was missing light bulbs in the bathroom and light covers and the bathroom vents didn’t really work . Cleanliness I would give a 0\. They used so much Fabulouso cleaner it took your breath away, but I’m not sure on what? I would rather walk in to the smell of bleach. Food was left on the kitchen floor, No extra bedding, floors were STICKY! I had to buy cleaner to mop the floors myself and dishes were dusty and food on some. There was a hole in the first bathroom sink cabinet. That wasn’t a problem, but for the price we paid, very tacky. The dryer ruined multiple articles of clothing which is unacceptable in my opinion, as I inquired about the washer and dryer bc of previous reviews. Yes, I did change the settings. If you want a panoramic view of the ocean DO NOT stay here. Although, the balcony was spacious I felt very claustrophobic. The ceilings in the unit are very low, which made the spacious interior feel suffocating. On a positive note, my 2 daughters were happy! The pool and hot tub were perfect and the beds were very comfy. We spent most of our time at the beach however, I enjoy the entire experience and was disappointed with the lack of TLC this places craves. ##### Melissa R. But if youre wanting a full ocean front Condo, This isn't it. The Balcony in on an inset which means the condos on either side of you protrude outward giving you only a partial view of ocean directly in front of you. The floors/rugs were very dirty. Had to wear shoes all the time. The main bathroom shower liner had mold on it and needs to be replaced. The condo also needs updated. Floor tiles were broken in several places. Not someplace we'll stay again nor will we recommend to friends. Cleanliness was a little lacking. The area rug appeared clean but was full of sand. We decided to vacuum and found the dust bin on the vacuum full of sand. The clothes dryer wasn't working. The unit was clean and furniture comfortable.
