I can't say enough about how much our group loves this home and its sister home next door (Sea Escape), so much so that we've stayed here 2 years in a row. We came down for Softball world series so we were in and out a good bit. The pool was new. (Bring floats etc if needed-still too new to have left over items) Beach is walking distance easily. We rented a golf cart thinking we could make a shorter walking trip with all of our stuff but could not get it between houses so bring a beach cart anyway. The property manager was responsive for the most part and answered all my questions quickly.when we came there was sand all over the floor so that was a little annoying since we pay for cleaning service and had to run through the place on our own. The upstairs toilets were faulty and our dishwasher would take multiple cycles to clean. Other than some. Plenty of room for all our family members to stay in one house. Everything is as pictured. Also, the house is in a sweet little neighborhood. We had one small need, I texted Warren Beach Rentals and they responded almost immediately. The beach is steps away.
