The location was great, easy steps to the beach and the pool/spa on the second floor overlooking the beach was one of kind. Elevator was great for our grandmother and the chefs we had come in a few evenings. This is an exceptional beach house. We will be back! High-end design made this house a delight to stay in. The location and view were second to none! Our vacation was very enjoyable! I would highly recommend this house. (A couple notes: The heater in the pool/spa kept not working so we had a cold spa two nights, one dishwasher was broken, the smart controller for main floor TV and music did not work our entire stay). The pool and beach access was absolutely the best part - when the beach was too rainy, the kids played in the pool - they loved it. The house is gorgeous and full of amenities. Unfortunately, we weren't able to take advantage of all of them - the "smart" tech. system was not working, so no speakers. The master bedroom TV was inoperable. Lastly - we were NOT impressed by the property management company. On our 2nd day, a man from the prop. mgmt. walked in, unannounced, under the guise of "fixing the outdoor shower", which wasn't broken. We did not appreciate the intrusion and would recommend a new property manager for your beautiful home. ##### Rachel R. Accessibility to the beach is very convenient and the house is unbelievable. No expense was spared in this house design and the furnishings are top notch. It has multiple areas with refrigerators, ice machines, and washers/dryers and the home is very well stocked with anything you need to cook. Took us a little bit to work a "smart" house but we got it mostly figured out:) Outstanding features that you may have missed in the small print. Great wet bar with bar sized ice maker that never got low with 10 adults. A set of beach lounges and umbrella, has the name of house " 8 is enough ". Pool heated 89 degrees. Pool chairs, 2 umbrellas, 2 bikes and beach toys in garage. We left a 10' popup also which was very handy. Plenty of pans, dishes and drink glasses. Master bedroom and adjacent room are top of the line and the bed/mattress was perfectly comfortable. We never did figures out master fan though?? Maybe on timer, but worked when it wanted.
