Everything was wonderful and nothing was worn out. Michael the host has thought of anything and everything you might need. And he was always available for any of our questions or concerns. Beds were very comfortable. Condo was very clean. And the balcony was so nice. We loved the wrap around porch and proximity to the beach. We were there for the 30 A songwriter's festival and the location was convenient to all the happenings (by car).
