Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit. About the Vacation Rental Unit: Seaview Summit offers a cozy beachfront escape with all the essentials for a memorable PCB getaway. Located on the 6th floor of The Summit, this condo features a private balcony with sweeping Gulf views, a full kitchen, and an efficient layout perfect for couples, small families, or friend groups.
