It is older and needs some TLC but definitely worth it. It is an easy walk to the beach and the pool is only 10 yards from the back porch area. Having 1st floor access was quick and easy for everything while still able to enjoy the Ocean view. The location provided great access to the State park within walking distance along the beach. Location was a 10/10! Bottom floor, no stairs to climb, you can literally park at the front door for easy access to unloading luggage and the pool and beach were just steps away out the back door. Perfect views of the ocean and pool! My only negative would be that the condo could use a good updating/facelift and a deep cleaning. The ceiling fan in the bedroom makes a weird noise and the bed was very noisy too, and the bedroom could definitely use some black out curtains. ##### Stephanie M. We had a great time and loved the unit we stayed in. The only hiccup was the washing machine in the unit. The motor decided it was time to die. Gerald our property manager came through to offer us towels and brought in reinforcements to get the problem remedied. Unfortunately, it didn’t get replaced by the time we left but Gerald took care of us nonetheless. We definitely felt well taken care of. The condo was PERFECT. The location was fantastic, the view was beautiful. It was easy to get to everything, the pool and hot tub were both great. We loved the location on the first floor with easy access to the pool and beach. The decor was very dated, but the condo was very clean and the price and location was spot on. We were not expecting the place to be totslly up to date, but it surpased our expectations with the location. We had never stayed on a ground level unit before and enjoyed that this ground level unit had a great view of the beach and ocean. It was also the shortest walk to the beach we have ever had from a condo. With some upgraded decor and lighting, I would have paid $70-80/night more for this unit. ##### Brian C.
