We enjoyed having our own grill on the balcony and the beach chair setup everyday. With 7 people on our trip, we had plenty of room and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. All staff members we encountered at Sterling Breeze were very kind and pleasant as well. The experience and communication with Vacasa from start to finish was seamless and exceptional. They were very accommodating during our stay and the communication was great!! It took me a while to leave this review because honestly they were so great and I didn't want to nitpick but I feel like some of the things need to be looked at for future guests. Over all the place is absolutely beautiful. Just as pictured....but upon getting settling in and using things there were several things we noticed. The sliding door from the master to the balcony was very hard to open and close. The bed in the master needed to be replaced, theres a thick mattress topper on the bed instead of replacing the mattress....which is fine at first but after waking up in the morning we were aching a bit. The glass shower door in the master bath wouldn't close all the way. The washer wouldnt ring all the water out of one of my blankets like it should and the dryer wouldn't dry it at all. I had to bring it home soaking wet. And the fridge leaked into one of the drawers. Like I said I hate leaving anything negative about the place because they really were wondering and it was beautiful with a beautiful view but I do feel like these things should be looked at for future guests. ##### Amanda G. The big balcony was the best! However, shortly after we checked in the access code would not work to allow us in to the condo. We reached out several times for assistance before we were able to find a solution to the problem. After we received several new codes and talked to a dozen different staff members, they discovered the problem was the keypad itself and it needed to be fixed. It wasn't until around 1am when the problem was resolved. THEN, the next evening.. the power went out at the entire facility which caused a breaker to be flipped in our unit. All the lights and outlets in the bedrooms wouldn't work. We reached out to Vacasa staff several times with no resolution. on site staff were unable to help. the breaker box was not accessible to us. So, we spent the remainder of our trip without power to the bedrooms. Again, the condo itself was great but highly disappointed in lake of attentiveness of staff. ##### Katelyn O. I am so glad I booked here. Me and my friends wanted a weekend getaway and it was amazing. There was a parking deck and luggage carts to get your stuff out of your car. The room itself was very spacious and had everything we needed. It was so beautiful and the balcony was great to sit watch the waves and relax. The gym was a nice one as well. The had most equipment to suit any gym persons needs on vacation as well as sanitizing spray to wipe down equipment. Stayed 2 nights in Aug 2021 ### 8/10 Good #### Katy C. 12 Jul 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy #### Overall was a great week We stayed in this condo during the week of July 4th. The condo was very nice! the extra bedroom actually had a King size bed even though listing had it as a Queen. With it being on the 5th floor we didn't have an awful time with the elevators, but during busy times those two elevators could take forever so we would take the stairs. The access to the beach only had stairs instead of a ramp access so people with the wagons were struggling getting them up and down to the beach. They also clogged up the whole access as it was pretty narrow. there is only one hose to wash off sand so you could be waiting in line to wash off your feet! I did love that beach chairs and umbrellas were a part of the condo price! There is no sidewalk for most of the way to Pier park so it is not really accessible unless you drive. Overall i would stay here again if i decided to rent a condo again instead of a stand alone house! ##### Katy C. Easy access to the heated pool and lovely beach. Loved the two padded chairs with the umbrella. Watching the jets do their maneuvers was awesome. The only reason we do not give it 5 stars is b/c of several drunk people that came out to the beach AT NOON, continued to drink and it was disgusting how they acted. We had to go inside those days. Other than that we would highly recommend this and may plan to go back. Hopefully we will miss those who don't even remember their time at the beach as much as those who were near them. ##### Jim D. The actual condo was a good fit for my family (4 adults and two kids under 2). The couch in the living room was a little dirty and should be updated. Since this condo is located right on the water, we assumed they provided beach towels but they do not. Would be nice if they did and the lounge chairs in the beach are not part of the condos, you will have to pay for them. ##### Magda S.
