With only a few steps from the back door to the beach, it suited our elderly as well as convenient for those with smaller children who needed to make frequent trips back to the house. To have a place in Panama City with a semi private beach was perfection! The layout of the house was great for our family of 19, the proximity to beach was great as well. Close enough to the house that we could watch the littles walk back and forth between the house and beach. We had an issue with the air not working great but they replaced the unit within two days, and brought extra fans to get us through. The only 2 issues we had were there was a bad storm and water got into the house causing a family member to slip and we had to clean up the water mess. Another thing was the hot tub and pool weren't clean upon our arrival, so they had to send someone to clean the pool and hot tube and then the next day they came back to drain the pool and hot tub. Other then that minor stuff but everything else was great. Maintenance guys were respectful and made sure our stay went great with out anymore issues. The View form the house was breath taking and definitely plenty of space for a large group to stay at. The space is terrific, and the location is perfect on the “quieter” east end of PCB. The house is beautifully situated on the beach with a lovely pool and hot tub. Almost everyone got their own room. Te location was perfect with immediate access to the beach and easy walks to some shops and restaurants. We had a couple minor issues but they were addressed and fixed in the same day! The kitchen was well stocked and the additional freezer came in handle with our large group. The back deck was great and fit all of us as well. We will definitely stay here again for our next family vacation! ##### Ali C. Beautiful beach and home. House just needs some minor updates but is wonderful to stay in. Hot tub was not working and pool man fixed it to where it was heating easy and quickly!
