Also, right outside is a large green area with grills, benches and a beautiful common space. The ground level of the condo unit includes ample parking, an outdoor shower and a few beach chairs to bring to and from the beach! When you enter the unit, you are greeted by the large open living, kitchen and dining floor plan. The first floor also includes a washer/dryer and access to a large balcony that overlooks the luscious green area. Make your way up to the second floor and two bedrooms await. The Master bedroom boasts a King-sized bed with private bathroom and private balcony with a gulf peekaboo. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds with a large shared bathroom. The only problem was the rental chair company Vacayzen did not put the chairs in the right location (Pelican Circle West) as requested. I had to call them three times. The beach is so secluded compared to other areas along 30A. Just west are dunes, so it’s completely empty on the beach in that area. The property was perfect for a family of 4\. The cleaners could have done a tad better of a job (there were areas on the kitchen cabinets that had food stains), and a little food on the kitchen floor, but otherwise was fine. It’s a 1 minute walk to the beach, and a beautiful walk. The grounds around 7 palms are wonderful. The balcony isn’t private…that’s the only downside of this rental in my opinion..,but I’ll take that because the beach location can’t be beat! ##### Catherine W.
