My best friend and I take an annual beach trip each year and this year we decided on Panama City Beach FL. Two words on this condo and the beach, FREAKING PERFECT. The condo is situated between the two piers that are in Panama City, so this area is NOT as congested as the areas right around the piers. We were right in the middle of them both. Next door to the Fontaine Blue and Runaway Island restaurant. Again, PERFECT. We had several choices of places to eat within walking distance and loved Runaway and Sharkey's MOST. Back to the condo, clean, so SO ROOMY, great view of the beach and the sunset off the balcony was beautiful. First afternoon we saw a pod of dolphins and a family of manta ray's swimming! Balcony was amazing for morning coffee or late night chats and drinks. Both bedrooms were just right with being enough room for two people. The adjoining bathrooms were an additional perk, although one had access from the main living area, it was still private enough! There is a wagon, chairs, etc for guests to use. THAT WAGON made our trek to the beach each day extremely easy! Correspondence with the owners was seamless and prompt. AMAZINGLY EASY check-in(no contact with a check in desk-FOR THE WIN) and all in all this was by far the best condo we have ever had the pleasure of staying at. STAYING HERE just what a no stress vacation is all about. Beds were super comfy and roomy. Pillows were soft but firm. No issues with bugs, stains or smells. PICK HERE!!!!! ##### Olga D. Property owners are fabulous to work with. Great location Perfect location. Walking distance to great food and entertainment places. Condo was spot on. Super view from the balcony, which was huge. Pool was nice, but the beach was great and there were chairs and amenities for the beach in the condo. We will definitely be in touch to stay again. ##### Juan G. It’s close to several restaurants and activities. We walked to Runaway Island restaurant next door. The balcony is very spacious with an awesome view. The condo itself has plenty of room and seating for a family of six. The tv in the 2nd bedroom didn’t work. Julie was so nice in getting this issue resolved. Jim, the owner personally called and had a new tv delivered. The ice maker in the fridge didn’t work. The master bedroom mattress wasn’t very comfortable. These were minor issues. There were only 5 orange bands not 6 and there was only 1 parking pass. The staff left me a note that they were going to tow my car even thou i explained that we did not get 2 passes. We really enjoyed our stay. Kathy is an amazing! She is the best host. I felt like there should be luggage carts on each level of the parking deck. But we couldn't find one anywhere. Although, Kathy has a beach buggy in her laundryroom. We noticed it after we took several trips to the car getting our Stuff. It was most useful when we where leaving!!! The livingroom furniture wasn't the most comfortable for me, but I'm goldilocks and princess and the pea all mixed together. ( picky🤣 !!!) If you are looking to get away and relax, this is a great condo. ##### toni m. This was the right place to be. The condo was very comfortable and nicely stocked. (There is a reusable coffee filter - so no need to purchase filters). There was also plenty of pots and pans. The condo also came with beach chairs and a wagon- which was very helpful since it’s located in the 21st floor. Great views of the ocean!! We couldn’t keep my mom off the balcony. The owners were very responsive to all our questions and responded very quickly. Our only hiccup was the elevators at Ocean Reef. Plan for wait times on “check-in” day. There is a outdoor pool and hot tub- plus an indoor pool. All well kept. The beach was not as crowded in this section which was very nice. There were plenty of activities and restaurants within walking distance and Pier Park was a 7 min drive away. ##### Mary C. Water problems had to boil any Used . Shower not recommended . Horrible . Called owne 3 times .
