When we asked if it was possible to adjust the dates, our card got charged an additional 2,000 before it was confirmed and at no point was a price adjustment mentioned nor authorized. That means that the rental company had access to our credit card information, kept it, and used it. It was eventually rectified, but had this been a bank card used, it would have locked up those funds for over a week not to mention that is fraudulent activity. I do not feel safe using Vrbo in the future because now I cannot trust that my private financial information is not floating around for anyone to play with. That is bad business.Second, we were required to pay additional fees to park at the condo. This information was not specified in the listing and I would have booked elsewhere. Lastly, the parking deck “attached” to the condos only have a connecting elevator on the ground floor. That means if you park any level of the parking deck, you have to take a separate elevator down, walk over to a different area to then take an elevator up. It is a logistical nightmare. The communal areas were dirty and not maintained in addition to extremely unfriendly staff. The unit itself was ok, though you cannot cool the unit below 72 in any of the bedrooms. Thank God the owner provided standing fans to circulate the air or no one would have been able to sleep at night. I am thankful to to home. ##### Julee M. Stayed 5 nights in Jul 2025
