It is roomy and had plenty of room to relax inside. The balcony had heavy chairs for relaxing outside. The pool was clean and had chairs and chase lounges, but no tables. There was a nice pier where you could see the fish and turtles. We fed them everyday. That was on the lake side of our room. Location was perfect! Townhouse was perfect too as the whole upstairs is the master suite with comfy king beds with foam mattress. And downstairs had a full kitchen, balcony overlooking a spring fed lake, and a second bedroom with 2 memory foam queen beds in it with an ensuite bathroom that opened to the living room too. The living room was perfect with a huge L shaped leather sofa. Plenty of room! And they had a washer and dryer of course and a beach closet full of chairs and umbrellas for the beach! I love the condo it was nice and decorated beautiful but it was just a couple of things that made me have missed feelings . First soon as you walk in there is a light mold smell and I have asthma so it kinda aggravated it .. I also saw that there is a little roach issue it was a couple of them that crawled from under the chair which wasn’t to bad , but also the hot water down stairs shower doesn’t get hot like it suppose to . Also the tv upstairs is leaning sideways because one of the legs on the tv is broke so it just lean sideways and trying to watch it like that was kinda uncomfortable .. Also the air upstairs is not as good as downstairs .. The ceiling fan helped out with that a lot though .. We also realized that it may be the dishwater that’s causing the mold smell because when we started the dishwater it had that smell and it was stronger then when we first arrived . so I just sat outside until it cleared out some cause of my asthma.. Overall of those minor things get taken care of it would be stellar .. Nice unit but beds are really soft and sag in the middle. The dish washer had a horrible smell so do t turn it on. We had to leave for an hour until the smell was gone. The place was clean & very enjoyable. We will definitely be back ! If your looking for a place for a family this is the place. They pool was nice and clean. The walk to the beach is right across the road. Our only complaint was the bed upstairs isn’t comfortable. Other than that we loved this place. It turned into the high point of our road trip vacation. The condo is cute, well appointed, and perfect for families with 1-2 kids. The upstairs master bedroom at the back with the kids’ room downstairs at the front was my favorite feature. Well, that and the in-unit washer/dryer! The location is quiet, peaceful, and only one block from the beach and 2 blocks from restaurant options. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and wished we could have stayed longer! ##### Sara S.
