Large windows make you feel like you're in paradise from the moment you walk in. Outside on the balcony, you can gaze upon the Gulf of Mexico and watch the sun gently settle in the western sky. This beautiful vacation condo features a spacious living room overlooking the gulf, a 50-inch flatscreen TV, comfortable seating, and a dining room set. The kitchen boasts a view of the gulf as well, so cooking dinner is pure enjoyment instead of a chore. The primary bedroom suite offers a flatscreen TV, an adjoining bathroom, and personal access to the balcony for early risers who want to sip a cup of coffee outside. There's also a bunk nook (with its own bathroom across the hall) and a sofabed. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, cable, and WiFi. Tidewater Beach Resort offers more than enough amenities for fun and relaxation: a heated indoor pool; two outdoor pools with hot tubs; a fitness center with a spa, a steam room, and a sauna; a theater-style movie/media center; an arcade/game room; a restaurant; a coffee shop; and a tropical bar. But the best part is the location - just a short walk or bike ride from Pier Park's fantastic restaurants, shops, amusement park, and movie theater. THINGS TO KNOW During spring break, this condo is only available to families or groups in which all occupants are at least 25 years of age. Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella). Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 25. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The condo was perfect for our family of four . The condo is big!! We love the room balcony , we just opened the sliding door at night to hear te waves !! The kitchen is small but has the basic to cook . Living room has plenty space, good WiFi, we never used the sofa bed the bunkers were fine for our boys even though they are tall ( 6”3) they never complained. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. The staff super friendly , the first day the front door code didn’t work, we called and less then two minutes they called us back. We definitely come back !! The desk agent was condescending and did not provide a pleasant check in to get parking passes and wrist bands. The original code provided did not work but was resolved within 20 minutes of arriving to our room. The balcony and out door furniture to lounge was amazing! Showers need an update, and beds need an update. The main bed room had a fun spring mattress and was not so comfortable. The couch was comfortable, but it was stained. No major complaints about the kitchen really, as it was nice to have. The refrigerator is slightly too big for the tiny kitchen. We enjoyed our stay. We only had 1 problem. Our coffee pot was broke and they brought us a new one still in the box right away. The elevators were only a small problem on the weekend but some of the homeowners mentioned they voted to take care of getting those replaced. Everyone there was so nice. We stayed for 7 nights. Fortunately we didn't spend much time in the unit. However, there was very little room to store food in cabinets for long stays such as ours. Staff were all friendly and helpful. As far as the main issues, the elevators were so slow, we walked 25 stories down upon check out. Also floors were filthy and half the utensils and dishes had food on them! Reason that made me upset was because they won't let you check in a second before 4pm and we saw housekeeping come out laughing taking it easy. The TV was broken in the living room and Vacasa had another one brought in asap! If the cleaning issues were fixed I would stay there again! ##### Angelina B. The bed linens were very cheap and uncomfortable. The beds were like sleeping on unbendable cardboard. The kitchen was not very usable…silverware was in the closet due to lack of room. And to top it off, about an hour after getting in the room, two men came in unannounced to install a microwave. They had our code, did not knock, just came in. Very frustrating. They did not offer us any money back. Will never got to Tidewater again or use Vacasa again. The furnishings in the picture, inside and outside, do not match this home; I am not sure where they came from. Nonetheless it was very nice. I had a wonderful stay. The view of the ocean was breathtaking. The bed was very comfortable and the home was clean. The only thing I wish was different was the temperature inside. It was too warm and was unclear how to get the thermostat to change. So despite the instructions, I found myself needing to open the sliding doors to get a breeze so that it was not so stuffy.
