Thoughtfully designed for everyone's comfort, there are five king master bedrooms with private baths. One features an attached nursery with a crib and day bed with trundle. Another is a separate guest house with private sitting area and kitchenette. And the third floor is perfect for older children, with two bunk rooms joined by a small tv area. On the second floor you'll find a den with sofa & TV. When it's time for everyone to gather, there's plenty of room in the spacious downstairs living area. An oversized sectional plus a large flat screen make for the perfect movie night. You'll also appreciate two separate laundry areas and a fully stocked kitchen with ice maker, trash compactor, and reverse osmosis faucets. This well-appointed home comfortably sleeps 16 guests in beds. Community Amenities Seacrest Beach, Florida, is conveniently located near some of the most popular dining and shopping venues along Scenic Highway 30A. Within a short walk or bike ride you can enjoy the top-rated restaurants, shops, and activities in the Village of Seacrest, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach. The two most remarkable things about the Seacrest community are the complimentary Beach Tram service and access to the largest pool on 30A. The tram, which runs March through October, will have you on one of the world's most beautiful beaches in no time. It also runs through the community, among the shops, and to the 12,000-square-foot community pool, which features multiple layers, waterfalls, fountains, two bath houses and ample lounge chairs to relax in. NOTE: Golf carts are prohibited in the Seacrest Beach Community Parking Footprints in the Sand has parking for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway. NO TRAILERS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED IN THE COMMUNITY. Off-street parking spaces for vehicles are available on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the community. Proximity to your property is not guaranteed. However, the home is kind of run down and lacked some key items such as cooking equipment in the kitchen, no grilling utensils, grill was dirty and old. Lots of lightbulbs are burnt out in several rooms and on the outside of the home. Overall, home could have been cleaner. We did not feel crowded. Community was very welcoming and everyone of all ages felt safe and enjoyed themselves. Main floor bedroom bathroom rainfall shower head cap came off when guest showered and turned on the rainfall shower. 2nd floor bedroom with the kids trundle bed balcony door would not lock and the door chain was broke. The other bedroom on the 2nd floor window had cobwebs and a dead spider in the window when we raised the blinds. Called maintenance and housekeeping at least 4 times. Never got anyone but left voicemail with my callback number and described the issue, no one ever called me back. I finally got a hold of someone on the 5th call and they were going to send maintenance, but they never showed up during our stay. Exterminator would not be able to come for another week (after our stay). We were very disappointed and unsatisfied with the care we got. ##### Michael S. There are some areas for improvement that would make the stay more comfortable but weren't the end of the world. PROS: The location is great and the house is super spacious. The main area of kitchen/living room and downstairs patio were great for large groups. There were plenty of bathrooms and two laundry rooms was super helpful. The location is perfect for beach and pool walks/rides on the tram. We had four families including 8 adults and 4 teens 14+. We could have had another couple with the space. The multiple en-suites make it ideal for multiple families. CONS: -not enough glassware- investing in a few sets of glasses/wine glasses would be an easy way to increase the experience. -no hooks on any doors for towels/clothes, etc. and not enough hagers in any of the rooms (super simple fix with a small investment). -washer and dryer upstairs are not very efficient and drying often took multiple runs. -not enough chairs on any of the decks. with a house this size, seating for 10-15 should be available in all gathering areas. (the upstairs porch only has two chairs for a very large area and the main porch downstairs only seats 6.) -not enough hand towels or washcloths in any of the bathrooms. Another easy fix. -wifi was down the entire trip so no cell service or internet. Multiple calls led to no fix. -security in the community is terrible and the 8pm curfew was a bit much for teenagers. ##### Lyndsay S. The property was excellent, plenty of room, and the amenities were great for a larger group, you could dine in without feeling your were on top of people and separate yourselves to different areas of the house. the neighborhood has a lot of facilities and even the tram service to the beach was a nice surprise. ##### David R. She was right. Lots of open space and 3 floors of bedrooms and 2 additional rooms for the kids with a TV. Lots of porches where people could sit outside and read or have meals. It was a short walk or bike ride to the gorgeous pool or to the beach. We especially liked the community stores and eating places. A Tram was available to take you where you wanted to go. We went there to vacation not to clean. The appliances were dirty, mold in the shower and hair balls on the bathroom floor. We did call house keeping and they came back and cleaned. It should be clean the first time. I never write poor reviews. I don’t feel it’s right to pay a lot of money and come into a place that hasn’t been cleaned properly. We pay a lot to have it clean. The community pool was wonderful as well as the beach. If you go mid to late afternoon, you can usually find lounges at the pool and a spot near the water at the beach using our own chairs. Having the large table in the open dining area accommodated all of us for meals and playing card games. The house was very comfortable for all of us, especially the beds. TV and WiFi worked great. Plenty of towels were supplied, but bring your own beach towels and chairs if you’re not planning to rent them at the beach. Extra soap and toilet paper was needed, but the supermarkets are only 3-4 miles away. We thought check-in time 6:00-6:30 was rather late, since most of our party arrived at Seacrest Beach by mid afternoon. ##### Viola I. The carriage house had lots of problems with fuses blowing and the door lock. I would recommend a keurig in addition to the coffee pot. Also a Schlage lock instead of two keys. Also balcony doors need a rod to lock one of the double doors - very unsafe for kids when it would just open too easily. Also could not find compactor bags so recommend a trash can in the kitchen to hold 13 gallon bags. Loved convenience to pool and shops and all the king beds. Also instructions on three way locks on doors - never stayed anywhere with these. Thank you for a great week ##### Jane B. The layout served us well. The cleanliness and maintenance was lacking. When we arrived we took our shoes off at the door. Within 5 minutes everyone’s feet were black. It was like it had never been cleaned. MULTIPLE lightbulbs were out which is an easy maintenance fix but obviously overlooked for some time. The downstairs master toilet room was one that was out and you could not close the door and use the toilet cause it was pitch black. I sent a message to host and they said they would try to have somebody out but no one ever came. Overall great experience just a few things that could have easily been done to make it an exceptional experience! ##### Micah P. The layout is very functional, and everyone has their own space. Great for families with kids as well.
