The balcony overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. The long list of upgrades includes fully renovated kitchen, quartz countertops, and black stainless-steel appliances, remote-control blinds, Smart Light Switches, Updated Ceiling Fans and New GE Stackable Washer/Dryer. Enjoy a beautiful view of the Lagoon from your front door! Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit. Then return to your car(s) and park in an appropriate long-term spot. Parking passes need to be visible on your vehicle’s dashboard for the entirety of your stay. The apartment is very dirty . The fans is dirty, we clean soon we get there.
