Easy access to beautiful beach, awesome hot tub and pool, tennis courts, playground, and fish restaurant. Unit furniture and appliances need updating but totally doable. Would be amazing if one room had bunk beds. The best thing about this unit is the view from the verander. We had a great time, this condo very clean and comfortable. Perfect location, easy access to everything. The Beach and water beautiful, loved sitting on porch to take it all in. Vacasa was just a call away if we needed anything - we asked for 3 blankets. Before buying chairs or toys check hall closet, there were 4 chairs, boogie board, and sand toys when we arrived. We left 2 noodles, charmin toilet paper and 1 large roll of bounty papertowels. Cons- if only going to provide 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 very small roll of paper towels - I suggest they be better quality. Corner unit, first floor, beachfront, easy access, good water pressure, close to restaurants, shopping, prime 30A area. Customer service very responsive. Not great: furniture in room is dated (worn). Make sure to bring everything from towels, trash bags, spices if u plan to cook, pots and pans unless you want to used worn Walmart quality ones in room. Great spot to enjoy the area. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Condo is pretty, but a bit dated in some spots and was a bit bare bones - make sure to bring your own beach towels, salt, oil, coffee, coffee filters, etc. Is easy to look over these points with the spectacular views. Beds were very comfortable. The good: Location can’t be beat. We were a short walk to to the center of Rosemary beach and a quick bike ride to Alys. This unit is right on the beach and though close to Crabby Steve’s, was very quiet. So easy to grab anything needed from the beach. The unit was clean and beds were comfortable. Big (outdated) bathrooms. Tons of closet/storage space. The high pointe complex was great. Loved having Crabby Steve’s for an easy bite. The not so good: The unit itself is dated. Yes, the kitchen backsplash and faucet and tile floors are newer, but the rest of the unit has seen better days. All the bathroom finishes and plumbing were at least 25-30 years old. There was mold on the tile ceiling in the master bath. The hot water heater isn’t big enough and quickly ran out of water . The back of the unit where the master bedroom is located could not get as cool as the rest of the house. Would I stay here again? Maybe, but not for the premium we paid. This unit needs a lot more attention and work to charge almost $1,000 per night. There are other units in this complex that I would choose first. ##### Brandy W. We loved this condo & will definitely stay here again! We have 4 kids and it was plenty of room…perfect location to the beach, pool, etc. so we could go back and forth so easy. Upon arriving we found everything spotless and clean. We loved being on the bottom floor and not having to take the elevator or stairs. The beach and pool are within close walking distance. This unit directly faces Crabby Steve’s but we were pleased to realize it didn’t affect our stay at all. All of the beds were extremely comfortable and each bedroom was beautifully decorated. We loved soaking in the jacuzzi tub in the master bath after a long day at the beach and pool. The unit has a very nice washer and dryer which came in handy for washing towels and swimsuits.
