This colorful rental offers spectacular views of the pool and the adjacent white, sandy beaches from its spacious, furnished balcony. Enjoy comfortable furnishings throughout, a well-equipped, full kitchen, and cooling, central air-conditioning. You will also have access to a gorgeous bi-level swimming pool, sundeck, fitness center, and activity room, as well as easy access to the beach. Start your days sunning, swimming, or walking the gorgeous beach and then break for lunch at one of several local restaurants. For all-ages fun visit Shipwreck Island Waterpark, located just across the street, as well as the Panama Dunes Adventure Park, The Original Goofy Golf, and Ripley's Believe It or Not!, just two miles east. THINGS TO KNOW After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration. While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation. No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 1 above the parking garage. The pool is heated from December 1 until March 1 Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee of $50.00 per vehicle with a maximum of two vehicles Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. The condo is clean and spacious. The kitchen is well stock. Loved the huge balcony! Being on the first floor and next to the stairs is convenient, as we don't have to take the elevator to go to our vehicle. I'm surprised this condo is quiet and not fully book, as it was during Spring Break. Please invest in some out door furniture. Other that everything was great. I loved my ocean view from bedroom as you have 2 different entry's to go outside see ocean view. 1 from thr living room and 2nd from the master bedroom that also has a private bathroom. This unit was so conveniently located on the first floor above the the parking deck. The patios on this floor are bigger than all the other patios in this building, which was a huge plus because the view is so breathtakingly beautiful. Starting with check in, the process was really smooth. The front desk was really friendly and we were able to go straight to our room when we got there around 4pm check in time. The room upon arrival was so clean and I loved the decor and colors of the unit. I was here with family, and everyone really enjoyed staying here at unit 103\. We stayed for 4 nights, 5 days and while staying here, we were able to explore 3 piers, visit the conservation center, eat fresh seafood from the seafood markets nearby, and visit the st Andrew's state park. This unit really was home away from home. They had pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls in case you wanted to cook some meals at home! This was an amazing vacation and it was perfect staying at this unit because of the great location. The beach is secure with a gate code so our beach was less busy and felt like a private beach - awesome! This building also has a pool and a gym which was a plus! Overall I really enjoyed my time here and felt very safe. The only thing I would advise is that if you're staying for over 3 days, make sure to bring extra toilet tissue and paper towel! The furniture on patio was torn and weathered, it def. needs to be updated. There was only one working elevator. 19/20 floors of people, you can imagine the issue. The parking is atrocious!!!!! Don't try to bring a large vehicle and not leave without dings or scratches. I'd never recommend anyone staying on first floor because you should have seen the amount of debris thrown into us. Cigarettes, donuts, paper, towels, food ... It was not stop. 😟 ##### Jaclyn b.
