Drugs on property. Could not sit on the balcony to enjoy views of the ocean due to cigarette stench and the skunk smell of the devils lettuce. Also smoking in pool. No smoking on balcony was not enforced even though it was posted. Had to have bathroom plunged in shower due to drainage issues on 4th floor and needed new refrigerator in kitchenette. Limited replacement of towels given do to history of their visitors stealing apparently. Beds were not comfortable, poor mattress, pillow, sheets, and blankets. Had to sweep the room when we arrived due to sand not being cleaned prior to our arrival.

Staff at arrival were wonderful and were very helpful in meeting my special needs request. The late evening office staff was rude and went back on the word that I was given at check in regarding parking. It was worth the money you pay but I don't know if we would stay there again especially having to park 1/2 mile away while 8 months pregnant. The pool was nice and enjoyable and the convenience to the beach was great.

There is a reason they don't post pictures of the actual bathroom and shower besides the handicapped one. It was horrific. Rust everywhere, dirty, small, no water pressure. There was trash in our shower, trash on the floor when we arrived. We had been there four days and no one came to clean our room. When i called the front desk, someone did come quickly but only brought towels. Our room was never cleaned the entire time we stayed.
