A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in. \*\*\*Must have a member of your group at least 25 years old staying the whole time.\*\*\* This beautiful Hidden Dunes Beach Resort condo is extra large and directly on the ocean with amazing views. From the moment you enter the condo you will feel the luxury as you look through the entry columns to the open floor plan and out the full wall of windows directly to the breathtaking Gulf waters beyond! After the entry you come to the dining area. A large table that seats 8 is waiting for unforgettable meals with your family. There is also an additional dining area that includes 4 chairs and 3 bar stools. All of this surround a well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a new induction stove with air fryer oven. The living area has two sofas and a chair and a half. Plenty of seating for sharing memories after a full day out and about. (Furniture bought new in 2022). This property at Hidden Dunes is located right off the elevator in a covered alcove that keeps you out of the weather. It is a 3-bedroom spacious condo with 10-foot ceilings and 2450 square feet. The Master suite is large and luxurious and the ensuite has double sink vanity, large shower, jetted tub, and a water closet room. The second bedroom has an ensuite bath and king bed. Bedroom three has an ensuite bath and two Queen Beds. All bedrooms have a flat screen tv and the living area and master bedroom have smart tv's. There are 2 twin rollaway beds for extra sleeping. This condo can comfortably sleep 10\. Bring the whole family for an unforgettable vacation in this one-of-a-kind condo, where country music stars have stayed. This unit has a large balcony with comfortable padded wicker seating. From the 7th floor you have ideal views of the beach and the horizon. If the pool is your thing, you are only a few steps away from a relaxing swim. There is also a large gazebo if you or your family needs a break from the sun. If sun and sand are what you crave you are a few steps from basking on the beautiful white sand. In the evenings you can enjoy sunsets from your private balcony, or take a romantic walk on the beach! You'll wish your vacation doesn't have to ever end. Hidden Dunes is located just minutes from gourmet seafood dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep-sea fishing, fabulous water and amusement parks, Zoo World, Wonderworks, miniature golf, and gift shops. Near by you will find Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant where you can buy fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, and book a Shell Island and dolphin excursion. Major grocery and retailers are also within a 5-10 minute drive. St. Andrews State Park is very close by. This condo is centrally located between Pier Park and the 23rd Street/Historic St/ Andrews area. Pier Park is a one of a kind retail, dining, and entertainment attraction with island inspired architecture. This condo is not available to adults 25 and under unless with family. No exceptions. The property manager was nice enough to let us enter the property early as long as the cleaner was.done cleaning. The location was awesome and the pool for the condo was great for our family. We enjoyed being able to go to the beach and/or the pool. There were a few items that were broken that made me wonder if they had been broken for a while. There were a couple of issues, one being bathroom cleanliness. The toilet in the bedroom with double beds was not clean and there was a significant amount of dust under the beds. The master bedroom toilet has a problem which needs attention. The profile information listed a roll away bed which was not available in the unit. We contacted the host and front desk about the rollaway bed but never received it which was a big disappointment. Other than these issues, we enjoyed our stay. ##### C. L. We have stayed at Hidden Dunes before and love the large units and balcony. Always clean and well kept and located on a nice quiet section of the beach. We enjoyed relaxing poolside and walking the beach. The only complaint is that prior to our arrival we inquired if there was still a hot tub on the balcony as shown in the pictures. It was confirmed there was a hot tub. Although, upon arrival the hot tub was empty. We did inquire if we could fill it and we were told "I think that would be perfectly fine". We tried to fill it and the water stayed on for a few moments and then stopped running--being unfamiliar we did not want to try again. We have stayed at numerous other places with hot tubs and the hot tub was always filled, warm and ready to go upon arrival. We could have followed up with this more but that is not us. In master bathroom-commode had mold, the light and exhaust fan had lent inside it. Needs brighter lights. Carpet under dinning room table very dirty on the edges. The bedroom with two beds the tub had trouble draining, so it was not used. The comforter on the king size bed had spots on it. We called and gave a lady the list of problem areas, she said someone would be over. Never saw anyone and no one came the entire week. This, however, was the first time renting this unit and the first time working with the rental manager ECDI. The experience was excellent. The beautiful unit was very well equipped with modern amenities all around. Location was excellent, including both access to the elevator and the sweeping view of the beach. The rental process was seamless and expedient. Check-in and check out were both simple. Communication was excellent. A day after arriving, a very nice gentleman from the rental company stopped by to fill the hot tub, apologizing this was not done ahead of time (I had previously always filled these up myself, so the offer was generous). The only minor issue we experienced was that the rug in the dining room appeared not to have been thoroughly vacuumed prior to our arrival, and I could not locate a vacuum in the unit (we simply swept the rug). Other than this very minor issue, the rest of the condo was extremely clean. I cannot more highly recommend ECDI; I will be using them on subsequent trips to PC Beach and will look to rent this unit again. Definitely a 5-star experience! ##### Tiff & Vickie R. The Condo is Beautiful but needs a thoroughly cleaning. After walking in the kitchen upon arrival our feet were black. Also looks like the dirt was swept under the rugs. My bedding smelt like urine so I had to wash them. I think they were put on the bed damp also the towels. I don't think they run the dryer right. The property & pool were beautiful and there were no kids partying (Spring Break) which they monitor. There were no wrist bands but found out later they no longer were required. No complementary beach chairs because the unit didn't pay to update usage, so we paid extra out of pocket for the first 2 days. Contacted the manager and it was then paid. The toilet clogged on the first day there were 3 plungers but they were cheap and didn't work. We had to use one of the other toilets. We contacted the manager and they sent out a maintenance but we were able to unplug it before they arrive. Then the flapper wasn't working right and the toilet ran after flushing. I needed a relaxing stay but it seemed there something was always wrong. This is a Beautiful Condo but unless things are changed in the way it's cleaned and managed it will continue to get more worn. ##### Judy K. The building is older but small so the pool and beach was never overly crowded with was nice. Unfortunately the AC was not working for the first 3 days of our stay so we had to keep all the curtains drawn and go purchase fans (out of our own pocket) to keep it livable. It was a holiday weekend so we didnā€™t get a response until Tuesday (we arrived on Saturday). I was told to contact our property manager to address our concerns but I received so many emails and text messages from different sources, none of which identified themselves as the property manager, I couldnā€™t figure out who to contact. Luckily building maintenance arrived Tuesday afternoon. I do wish it was easier to figure out who to contact and that our first 3 days in the unit werenā€™t so uncomfortable because once the AC was working the unit is great!
