I did not report as I feel the cleaning person or whomever checks the condo out before arrival should have noticed it. The floor didn’t seem clean. I realize there will be sand in the condo but the floor had grits of sand upon arrival throughout. Stepped on a cockroach barefoot in the middle of the night walking to the bathroom. Beds were sooo comfy!! Furniture in excellent condition!Awesome customer service. Condo was all it was advertised as. Loved that we did not have to use elevator with luggage since we could walk from parking garage across skywalk and right to our room!! Having beach chairs and umbrella included was a big plus! Loved being able to walk to Pier Park right across the street! This is 2nd time I have used Warrens Beach Rentals but different unit and they are the BEST!
