Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' From the stunning ocean views to the jetted tub, this oceanfront condo is a fun vacation base for a couple or small group. Guests can enjoy amenities like a fitness center, two pools (one seasonally heated), a tennis court, and the shared charcoal grill. Then again, the beach is just a few steps away! WHAT’S NEARBY Guests can walk straight to the beach from the ground floor of the building. Beyond that, personalized tours by Florida Dolphin and Snorkel Tours are available just 13-and-a-half miles from the resort. Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants in a fun carnival setting, is just three miles from the condo. Head just over 14 miles to the eastern end of Panama City Beach and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour. THINGS TO KNOW Elevator in building. Covered parking. Reservations made March through October include beach service (two beach chairs & one umbrella). This is a no smoking property. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 18. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The views were amazing and the condo had everything we could need. It was extremely clean and I loved the location. The only problem we had was the construction. It started at 7:30 am and lasted unto after 4\. Very nice place and great beach location. Easy in and out. Be prepared to figure stuff out on your own. Beach chairs rental hut was empty almost the entire stay. No other beach equipment rentals nearby. The location itself is not within walking distance of the Front Beach Road bar and restaurant locations, so be prepared with a rental. Room itself was great, but had one regretful issue. Received a call from Vacasa while we were out of our room that they had successfully fixed the clothes dryer. Well, we did not know the dryer was broke and was not told anyone would be entering our room. Not cool! Like most vacationers, we had lots of personal belongings in the room we would have secured had we been told someone would enter our room. Furthermore, it appears it was a third party handyman and no confirmation the property owner entered with the handyman. Would rate the stay top notch had it not been for this event. Just a little curtesy for our personal belongings. Had they informed us, we would have secured our items before we left and taken those things we needed to make sure were not touched. Check in & out was a breeze. Beach service was on point and the condo was beautiful. We had the most beautiful views. Only complaint we had was issues with the elevators that caused extremely long wait times to get to and from our condo on the 18th floor. Otherwise, we had a great time. ##### Jennifer M. Only a few minor things, but disappoing the property management knew about the dryer being broken, but did not make us aware. We would not have done a load of wash if we knew that ahead of time. But, it was not enough to give lower than 5 stars. Condo was everything we were looking for in a getaway. Dropped down the cleanliness to 4 stars due yo the location of the frying pans under the sink trap. Either cover it please, or at least clean it, as it was very dirty. Top of the fridge could use a bit of live too - glad I checked before putting anything on top. Management company was very responsive, which was nice. Overall, would stay here again. ##### Michael B. Shared wall with very loud & noisy elevators. So loud hard to sleep. Refrigerator has an annoying high pitched buzz. Room was not clean. Used soap & razor still in shower from previous tenant. Floors very dirty ruined my socks. We called at 4 pm the minute we got there and no one came until 7 pm the next day. We called and called and they kept saying “we are waiting on a response from our local team”.
