No homeliness to it. Nice view of the beach and pools and not a hassle getting to being on the third floor. Bring a jacket the AC will freeze you out! The summit was a pretty cool place, it offers a market and a poolside bar and a little restaurant. HIGHLY recommend the restaurant, it was mom and pops type food and priced the same too. Something about not enough lighting on the pool deck for them to be open after dark. Had I known this I would have booked at another resort. ##### Mark M. It is a very neglected unit. I will never trust Vacasa again. If I weren’t 7 hours from home, I would have just left and put a stop payment on my card. The room was not as listed, 1 1/2 bath instead of 2\. Refrigerator turned up to highest setting but was not even cool. Mattress cover had ugly brown stains on it. Hot water did not work. Coverplates were off. 4 ekectrcal outlets, w at lavatoies. Was not 2 bath as listed, was 11/2 bath . There was no washer asnd dryar as listed. The icemaker in outdated fridge was. Nonfunctional. Finally we went dark as elecrric was turned off by city for nonpayment!! We were moved whick was a hassle with refrigerated and frozen foods . Would not have considered condo if accurately presented in listing... not to mention it listed and i booked as pet friendly only to find 2 weeks before arrival if was no pets . ##### Richard R.
