I made sure to pay extra for a place with a washing machine, but it was inoperative when we arrived and I was never informed ahead of time or reimbursed for my inconvenience. Lots of bugs were in the room as well, enough to the point where we had to kill several ourselves. WiFi was also decent but regularly cut out on us. Several stains were found on the master bed sheets, and there was sand ALL over the floor. On top of that, several light bulbs were out in the condo that we had to replace. Once we got inside there was a strong pet smell and other odors, we had them come back and clean it twice (the second time we found a pot of rotting food under the stove......) The place was very dusty and it looked like the cleaning crew didnt clean under anything and swept piles of debris under beds and appliances. The view and location were fantastic. The only complaint about the property itself was their inability to keep people from smoking on premises and the sheer amount of weed that people were using on property and no one was doing a damn thing about it even after we complained. ##### DARREN D. The paint was old, it smell like mold, the refrigerator was rusted. The worst part though was the parking and elevators. You had to park so far from your room and we waited 30 minutes for an elevator each time we needed it. The restaurants at the location were horrible as well. The couch was tiny, uncomfortable, and had stains all over it. We wouldn’t even sit on it. Floors were filthy. The atmosphere was probably the trashiest I have ever experienced in Panama City.
