High Pointe 2421 This lovely condo sitting on the fourth floor offers great views overlooking the lagoon-style pool and out over the horizon of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts and tennis courts are both on-site - a coveted and rare amenity in the area! With a king-size bed in the main bedroom, a king-size bed in one guest bedroom, as well as two queen-size beds in the additional guest bedroom, allows this unit to accommodate up to eight guests comfortably. The primary bathroom has been completely renovated for 2024\. The well-equipped kitchen and beautiful dining table make family dinners a blast. The living area with casual furnishings offer an open concept with plenty of space for the entire family. The living room, dining room, and bedrooms boast new furniture as of 2022\. Enjoy the amazing views of High Pointe from the private balcony. The Merchants of Seacrest Beach is located directly across the street less than .2-miles from the resort and has several boutiques and restaurants. One mile away are the shops of 30Avenue with several exquisite dining options. 10 miles east you will find Pier Park in Panama City Beach. We were told guests were allowed in the beginning and then in the middle of the week they changed their minds. This is a nice condo with an excellent view! For the price, I do believe the kitchen should be nicer, a better trash can is needed and the overall place a bit cleaner. Also, the sliding glass door to the patio was annoying to open. Overall, this is a nice, updated condo that we were happy with at the end of the week. The view and location are excellent. If you know the area, it’s across the street from the Seacrest peddlers shops and a couple of blocks from Rosemary. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow. The pool doesn’t open til 8:30 and closes at 9:00 pm. And just know that Crabby Steve’s closes for the entire day if/when it rains. Overall though, the condo was nice for our large party. We paid nearly $8000 a week…I would definitely stay again if it was less, but not at that price point. Also, Vacasa never fixed an issue we had, even though they responded to my texts. The master bedroom has a wonderful view and the other single bedroom (a queen, not a king as listed) has a fun view of the shops across the street. It’s a bit of a task to get to pool and beach from condo. The two free bikes were easy to access and a nice addition. Be sure to bring your own toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, etc…they’re aren’t enough for an entire week stay. ##### Charlene H.
