Guests can park on the street near the carriage house, not in the driveway or garage. • Max number of guests includes guests of all ages including infants/children to comply with our vacation rental permit, HOA laws, and local fire code laws. Exceeding the guest count is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund. • All guests booking through the Airbnb booking platform will be required to upload a valid ID for check-in purposes. \*Departure instructions – We do not have long chore lists for our guests – you are here to relax! All we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher.
