Shores of Panama is an unbeatable resort for a Panama City Beach vacation or getaway! We have the advantage of being situated within walking distance to some of the beach's best attractions, restaurants and shopping. Pineapple Willy's is directly next door, making it easy to pop over for dinner or drinks at any time.
Where better to enjoy all of this than from your 4th floor studio condominium? The views are ideal - not too high, not too low, still perfect for catching the sunsets and sweeping beach vistas. At busy times when the elevators are slower you're just 4 stairs up!
The studio features a king sized bed and full sized pull out sleeper sofa. A beautiful Porcelain tile is featured throughout the whole condo. A 37 inch Flat Screen TV has an integrated Roku, providing access to your favorite streaming channels. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a high efficiency stove with ceramic cooktop, granite countertops, all major appliances and everything you need for cooking and preparing meals and snacks. If you need to do some laundry while you are here there is a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience. The bathroom features a marble vanity and tub/shower combo. The balcony is spacious, and features outdoor furniture for enjoying the spectacular view of the beautiful pool and beach.
This dazzling resort is set apart from every other Panama City Beach condo thanks to picture-postcard landscaping and a tropical setting that has to be seen to be believed!
The resort features a breathtaking lagoon pool (the best on Panama City Beach) with zero entry access, dolphin fountains, two lagoon bridges over the pool, waterfalls, two Tiki bars, a large gulf-front Jacuzzi, indoor heated pool and indoor Jacuzzi, state of the art fitness center, kids activity area and poolside entertainment (seasonal).
Shores of Panama charges a parking/resort fee of $75.00\. This is per stay, and not per person. They stay and location was nice! The room was nice the only 2 complaints I had about it was the bathroom had a smell to it and they were so set on my wife and me wearing these wristbands the whole time there. The bed was comfortable and the view was nice as well. I would recommend staying here again for sure.

Wonderful experience! The room was nice and the view was incredible. We were able to hang out on the balcony and watch the prettiest sunset without even having to go sit on the beach! Everyone was very helpful and everything that the room listed it offered was accurate! We will definitely be staying again!

Our stay was for 2 people in February for a weekend. Based on our experience, I would definitely recommend staying with this owner!. Regarding the condo and owner: The condo was clean and in great condition. Balcony view overlooking the pool and beach was great. The bed is very comfortable. The owner provided all the info needed and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Very good value for the price. No suprise cleaning fee, and we got our entire security deposit back. Regarding the resort: The resort fee is per day per unit. It's cheaper for this unit because it's a studio style. Because we stayed during the off season this fee was very cheap. If you are looking to stay at this resort, this room is a very good option. No need to wait on the elevator if you don't want to, the stairs are conveniently located and quicker than the elevator anyway since its only 4 floors up. P.S. Also recommend trying Dee's Hang Out for lunch while you're there! It's located right across the street from the resort.

#### Room is not clean as advertised
After reading the great reviews about this property and the updates to the place we were excited to stay here. We already new the horrible parking deck and elevator issues but didn’t let that stop us from renting this supposedly clean room. Well the room turned out to be nasty. The only thing updated in this room was the floors and maybe the bed. The kitchen has the same appliances and counter tops from when it was built. The bathroom was no different (they do have good water pressure in the shower). The shower curtain was mildewed. Had to get maintenance to fix toilet so it would flush. All the baseboards around the room had dirty. The top of the refrigerator hadn’t been dusted in months with hair on it. You could see that the couch and bed spread was filthy. Such a disAppointment after reading all the great reviews. Will never be back to the shores of Panama.

Check in - we had a hard time trying to check in we had to wait about 1-2 hours until the receptionist came back from lunch and we were told she had a meeting and waited another hour. :( Room- We had to go buy bed sheets, a quilt and pillow covers because the bed sheets looked dirty and stained so did the sofa, it was really dirty. The pillows are worn out so bring your own if you want to have a good rest. There was dust everywhere. There’s was still sand on the floor and you are only given one roll of toilet paper. Cleanliness could have been better. Besides that, the pool was great and so was the access to the beach. Slow elevators, we were usually taken the stairs. Parking- it’s hard to find parking because most parking spots are reserved. If your room didn’t come with a reserved parking spot you have to drive level by level to find an open unreserved spots. And there’s only a few spots. Also the parking spots are very very tight not much room in between them. Staff was very friendly and the pool was great

#### WASTE!
Extremely nasty! The only “renovated” thing about this unit is MAYBE the flooring. The ac unit is completely rusted out which is a tetanus nightmare if you have children going along like we did. The kitchen faucet is rusted and moldy. We had multiple issues with roach bugs. HUGE roach bugs! Inside the unit. The paint is peeling off the walls and the doors. Stained walls and cabinets. The door handle to the bathroom is coming completely out of the door itself. The towels that were hanging when we arrived were stained with black splotches all over them. The sheets… BLOOD stained. And to top it off they have a nice little note saying they will charge the guests who use the extra set for the pull out mattress (which we needed for our child!). It also says they charge for stains, which are already present on the linens, like I said, so you’ll be charged for things you didn’t even cause yourself. The resort itself is lovely, we’ve stayed there several times, but this unit is the worst we’ve ever had. I’ve got pictures of every disgusting thing/health hazard there was in this unit. HARD PASS. NEVER AGAIN.

#### Noisy , rude neighbors plus no TV for thebweek
We have always enjoyed the Shires of Panama. This is the first year we have ever had an issue. Doors slamming, people screaming, pouring stuff over their balcony above plus we had no TV. We told the property manager about the tv and she se t someone with batteries. The tv worked for a while the quit again. We gave up on the tv.

#### Well appointed studio, close to everything!!
Property was very clean. 4th floor so very easy access. Elevators are slow but it wasn't such a problem for us being on the 4th floor. parking is tight and sometimes you can end up on the higher levels, but nothing terrible. Tons of rooms in the resort, so there were lots of people. Still, the pool areas were not over crowded and beach access was easy and nice. Close to lots of attractions, and a short drive to Pier Park shopping center. King size bed was super nice and comfy. Sofa pull out was ok for our 8 year old, but adults would not want to sleep on it. Well appointed kitchen and good space for a studio-style condo. People enjoy hearing their shouts echo when its night time, but honestly you couldn't hear anything when you went inside to sleep. I would recommend a stay here and will be back next year!!

Condo was perfect for my little family of 3\. The Owner of the condo was very responsive and did a wonderful job of providing many hanging areas in bathroom and laundry area for towels, bathing suits, etc.. This was extremely useful in the studio condo. Pool area was beautiful, but they were extremely strict. There is a bar but you are not allowed to enjoy your drink while hanging in the pool even with a lid. The shores of panama workers were rude. The parking garage is not suitable for anyone with a bigger truck, SUV, or van. Parking spots are small and oversized vehicle spots are limited. The employees were not helpful with this at all either.

The room was as pictured, the bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean and I loved that is was on the 4th floor. The pool was beautiful but packed. This was my first time there and Apparently It was senior week( I had No idea) so I do not know if it’s usually this crazy but the property was packed with partying teenagers, They were drinking yelling and screaming all night. I was looking forward to a relaxing trip with my adult daughter and it was not. If you are looking for a party then this might be great for you but I do not think I would Go back.

We had an amazing time at this resort. The room was everything we could have wanted it to be for 2 adults and 2 children. We had all the necessities we needed. The elevators do get a little crowded at time but with the room being on the 4th floor it wasn’t too bad to take the stairs a lot of times. The pool and private beach entrance was very nice. The pool stays open kinda late so it’s perfect to take the kids for another dip after we returned from dinner most nights. We will be booking this room again next year and we are already counting down. The management answered any and all questions we had. We didn’t have many everything was pretty much straight forward in the booking details. Ellie thank you for everything thing and I’ve already messaged you about our next stay. #### Perfect for a small family
Very clean and was the perfect size for me and my two kids. Property manager was very easy to keep in touch with and was very prompt when answering my questions. Pool was extremely nice.

#### Absolutely Wonderful!
Honest Review!! If you rate this less than a 5 star then you are looking at things that the owner can’t control. Wonderful studio apartment with great views and a good location! Only 4 floors up so it’s easy to take the stairs. It was perfect for me, my wife and our 7 month old. We were there for the beach, balcony and fun! It was very clean and the owners communication is the best I have had at any rental property. Read the description because some issues that you may run into are listed there. We couldn’t have had it any better!! Definite 5 star!! Now the Issues the owner CAN’T control. The parking is very frustrating so please have a good mindset before you get there. Park somewhere close even if it is reserved just to unload because the elevators are a complete disaster during peak season. 6 to 8 elevators for 1500 people and 23 floors is not enough and it won’t take long to find that out. We used the stairs 90% of the time. The beach is a little crowded and more of a party scene so you get some rambunctious folks but you have to let it go. Again these are things the owner can’t control which is why it doesn’t affect my 5 star rating but I have to leave an honest review. Enjoy!
