VIP Beach Svc included!! Awesome Corner Unit Warren Beach Rentals proudly offers 2009 Grand Panama. Superior quality Corner unit with massive Gulf Front Balcony. Located directly on the beachfront on the 20th floor, on the Highly coveted East corner, this gulf front unit offers an expansive balcony, with views for miles, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully stocked kitchen, plus a custom bunk nook for the kids. The unit also offers VIP daily Beach service from Mid March through October with 2 chairs and umbrella set up daily for the guest ($500 value included in the cost of your rental). 2009 Grand Panama offers a generous living/dining room area with a massive balcony that offers commanding views of the gulf, sand, surf, and sunsets for miles. The unit has additional windows that offer views of the coastline to the east that bathe unit in sunlight and offer views from every angle. The master bathroom offers a king bed with gulf views, balcony access, and elegantly appointed ensuite bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed with gulf and coastline views. The third bedroom offers comfortable twin beds with city and bay views. There is even a custom bunk in the entry nook for additional sleeping. Grand Panama offers guests a massive gulf front resort pool, tiki bar, and expansive pool deck as well as a second pool off the beach that is heated in the cooler months. 3 High Speed elevators, and impeccably maintained, Grand Panama is one of the newest condos in PCB and close to Pier Park, and all of the Restaurants and fun. Pets (dog only) considered up to 25 lbs with the exception of service pets. There is a $225 plus tax additional pet cost per dog and the pet must be registered in advance through the HOA. Grand Panama is the ONLY pet friendly modern condo on the gulf. Grand Panama HOA additional costs: The resort cost is $55.00 The resort cost includes 1 parking pass and wristbands for everyone in your reservation 13 and older. Wristband replacement is $10.00\. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. Condos are always very clean and comfortable. Communication from Warren Beach Rentals is top notch and check in is easiest I have ever had. This condo has amazing views down the beach and over the gulf. The cleaning crew at the Grand Panama is top notch, everything is wiped down daily and the pools and hot tubs are spotless!! The room had obviously not been checked thoroughly. One bed had old chips everywhere between the sheets. We had to wash them as soon as we got there. Another bed had blood stains on the sheets. The front bedroom was stated to be a queen but it is actually a full/double size. The twin bedroom could use a little tlc in the cleaning department. The bed rails are filthy dirty, stains on carpet. Could use some new towels. A couple of towels were so worn that the tops were see through and had a few stains. The washer is super loud. No way to run it while there or at night. Main bedroom had alot of stains on carpet, could use a new mattress or new piece of foam. Pillows were dipped in the middle, worn out. Shower had mold on ceiling and smelled. Could use an exhaust fan in it and not just over toilet. Light over toliet was burned out. Wall by bathroom trash can could use some cleaning. Couch and chairs were comfortable, but could use a good clean. Cabinets beside stove could use some cleaning. The refrigerator kept freezing our food even with it turned down, which was strange cause it was mentioned that it could be warm when checking in. We had to throw away several things due to being frozen. Overall we had a great time! Place is nice, view wss beautiful, just needs some updating and a deep clean. ##### Melissa S.
