"Staff was nice and helpful, and the resort is right on the beach which was nice. 2 pools with swim up bars but they close at 5. The buffet food is not very good. They also don’t really stock your mini bar in the room. Only a couple beers water and coke. Nothing else. Overall I enjoyed Costa Rica it’s a beautiful country but the resort was underwhelming and could have been better."

"We had the best week at Villas Sol! We had a few issues in the very beginning that were no ones fault. Things just happen. Chris was quick to respond and make things right! The private pool and patio area was our favorite. We had everything we needed ro cook for ourselves. It was absolutely amazing! For the area the price was perfect! Will definitely be going back again!"

We also really enjoyed getting access to all of the Villas Sol pools, activities, and shuttles. The beach was easy to walk to or take the shuttle. We paid for the Villas Sol buffet breakfast on our last morning and enjoyed the amazing view and a wide selection of food to choose from."
