Disappointing.
Arrived at 9:30 in the evening after long trip up from Spain en route back to the UK. We booked the room about 3hrs prior to our arrival as we were unsure how far up through France we would get. The hotel would not serve us any food even though we had to wait for the hotelier to serve meals to the seated guests before checking us in. There was nowhere else open for food so we went to bed hungry. The room was in an annex away from the main square, which was disappointing. The bedroom was ok but the bathroom was dated and only had a bath. There was a small shuttered window which had a bright light outside all night. The room has pictures of water on the wall. It would be better to have some black and white photos of Richelieu so you felt you were there rather than in a bland hotel room.

A great place to stay
About the best apartment that we stayed in. Very large and well equipped. Three large supermarkets 4 mins walk away. A 40 inute riverside walk into Pamplona. Plenty of car park space including underground parking at the apartmemt Very helpful staff. There is also a caferia.

A great place to stay to enjoy Pamplona.
The apartment was exceptionally clean, roomy and contained all necessities for an independent stay. There was a large supermarket next door, parking was free and easy, and the bus into the city centre was convenient and frequent.

Hard to find accommodation at a reasonable price in August close to the centre. Mercadona supermarket 3 min walk for bread in tbe morning. Pre-pay petrol station in front. Surface parking in front free. Underground parking payable. Apartment has washing machine but no dishwasher.

Remote location but well worth it
Clean, large and well stocked suite with kitchen. Excellent buffet breakfast. But very uncomfortable sofa bed...the children were ill rested as a result. Request for beds instead.

Our stay was great. We were in town for the San Fermin festivals. Hotel was a short bus ride from the center of the festivities. Hotel itself was clean, very friendly and helpful staff, and comfortable. The only down side was a smell of smoke in the room from previous people. Local market on the first floor is closing/relocating but there is another one less than a block away.

comfortable quiet clean
Apartment was very clean , beds very comfortable, good shower, no noise and staff were helpful. Underground car park secure 12€ a day. Walk to centre takes 30 minutes but taxis available about 7€ to 8€.

Great Apartment! Make sure your A/C works :)
It was amazing - very large and cozy. All the extras and very clean! We were surprised the A/C didn't work. At all. And so that made it uncomfortable. Walking distance or short commute to major sites. Nice trails. Well equipped kitchen and full sized apartment so plenty of room. Would be great for a week to explore Pamplona and area. Provided the A/C works. That was very miserable for us (we opened the windows to get some cool air at night, but then the street lights and noise came in).

The hotel was well located for a short drive into Pamplona and to get on the motorways for the surrounding area. It was clean, very spacious and modern. There were several supermarkets within a few minutes walk. Parking was limited, but we always found somewhere. The only disappointment was the kitchen equipment. The facilities were modern and worked well, but there was virtually no equipment to cook with. There was no kettle, no saucepans, no towels / tea towels, one small frying pan. We had chosen the apartment over a hotel because of my diet and we needed to cook. We weren't there long enough to go and buy pots pans etc; so it was a bit of a waste of an excellent kitchen. Otherwise we would recommend.

Relatively easy to find and park up, considering pamplona is a difficult place to drive around. You get your own spacious apartment, very well furnished.

Quiet stay for the festival
The hotel is located on the edge of town and was an easy bus ride to the festival, with buses running every 15 minutes just a short walk from the hotel and dropping you adjacent to the arena. Rooms are very spacious and the full size refrigerator was great in the kitchen area. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Pamplona hotel
It was a full 1 bedroom apartment with a grocery store next door. We could cook our own meals. Saving money on eating out. It was about a 10 walk to the bus stop that took you straight to the center of Pamplona plaza where we were to watch the running of the Bulls. Plenty of shopping for souvenirs and more.

Location was perfect for us on a stopover for the San Fermin Festival in Pamplona. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Onsite parking convenient and a grocery store attached to hotel.

Nice basic apartment.
The apartment was very nice. As another guest pointed out, there is usually free parking in front of the building. The WIFI was ok, but there was some spooling when we tried to stream TV programs. The kitchen had the basic dishes and pots and pans. There was no salt and pepper. It lacked a decent knife and a spatula.

Hotel was clean and spacious. The air conditioning was broken in our room, so we were quickly moved to another. Despite range extenders everywhere, wifi seemed spotty on some devices. Close to food markets, Kitchenette a Godsend. Helpful staff, even when there was a language barrier. All in all, though very enjoyable and easy to get to downtown Pamplona from the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

We did not enjoy this one night stay. The washroom smelled like sewage the night we got there and the next day. We had to close the washroom door and open the rest of the units windows to air the place out several times.

Perfection in Pamplona
This was the last hotel we stayed in on our tour of Northern Spain and, whilst we initially hesitated about staying 3 nights in a city, we are really pleased we did. The hotel is just a 15 minute walk from the city centre and Pamplona is a lovely place to visit - plenty to keep you occupied for a few days, and busy, but without the hoards of tourists you find in other popular cities in June. The hotel was easy to find (although we did initially turn into a supermarket instead of the first right turn at the last roundabout!)and there are lots of supermarkets nearby (a relief for us as some of the places we stayed in were miles away from a supermarket). The accommodation was the best we stayed in. The apartment was extremely spacious and every effort had been made to reduce noise and light - even the kitchen stools had rubber bottoms to reduce the screeching noise of wooden chairs being dragged along the floor (which we had plenty of in other hotels). It was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only disappointment was that the "balcony" in our room was not actually a balcony - it was a balcony for drying clothes. Note - Our satnav (Garmin) only located the hotel by adding "de" into the address provided, ie Avenida de Villava.

Beautiful apartment
The apartment was fantastic, very modern and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower room very large with a large shower enclosure. Although it was about 25 minutes walk from Pamplona centre it was an enjoyable walk through a large park. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The supermarket which is situated below the apartment did have a rather strong smell but the Mercadona is a short walk from the apartment. Having travelled by car it was good to have parking outside the hotel entrance which is free or you could pay for parking if there were no slots available. I would have no hesitation in recommending these apartments.
