The hotel was beautiful. However, the beds were not comfortable and the heater was on the entire time without the possibility of using A/C. We tried to cool off the room by opening the windows but the noise outside was too much.

This is a lovely 5* property. Well located on a central square. Staff helpful and friendly. Valet parking. Good recommendations for nearby restaurants. Room large and comfortable - we had view over the square and got to watch the Epiphany parade in the square from our balcony. Internet connection worked well. Dining room closed for dinner at the time we were there. Only issue is that for breakfast, you order what you want, which is tough since the (friendly and helpful) waitress spoke only Spanish. (I would have preferred a buffet.) Overall, a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay there again.

Five starts are not enough to give to this hotel and their friendly staff. The location, unmatched, the vibe, incredible. The rooms are beyond spacious and confortable. the bathroom is the best we experienced in Europe and they offer the most incredible toiletries. The staff was helpful and super friendly, the breakfast delicious. I can't wait to go back!

A gem of a property. Beautiful very helpful and friendly staff. Central location. BIG bathroom and shower. Very clean. Hemingway even gave it 5 stars and I agree. Looking forward to my next stay.

It's a beautiful properties with all the amenities. Very luxourious. One note. The bed we slept on was hard/did not conform to our bodies so not the most comfortable.

The hotel is marvelous as well as the staff. I haven’t been to a place like this in a long time. The staff has done wonders to make our stay enjoyable. I will definitely come back if I return to Pamplona

Fantastic hotel in the center of Pamplona
Huge room with beautiful shower and bathroom in the center of Pamplona. Historic hotel that overlooks the main plaza of the village on one side and one of the streets for the encierro on the other. All the major streets with pintxos bars within a couple of minutes away.

The staff at this facility were the best. The place was beautiful and clean. I will return to this hotel when we come back to Pamplona!

Dream come true.
What a wonderful experience. Staying at La Gran Perla during festival de San Fermin was a lifelong dream and took me 28 years to align all the stars. The excellent staff did not disappoint. It was worth every single penny. Thank you to everyone for a moment to remember!

Amazing hotel
The hotel experience was, as always, spectacular. We had planned to stay for two nights but in the end we stayed for one more. On the latter the hotel upgraded our room. The service is excellent and we will be back.

The location is excellent right in the central square, the staff at the front desk is always kind and friendly, very supportive. Probably the best staff I have experienced ever. The rooms are large by European standards, the bathroom is quite large, the bed and linens are good not luxury but very good, the breakfast was included in our rate and it was quite good, we were allowed a late checkout and that was pretty good and helpful. The experience overall was incredible, Pamplona is a very nice town and its people is kind and warm. Please if you have the chance go to Hotel Europa its restaurant is probably one of the very best anywhere and its owner is just awesome. Beautiful again

Awesome 5-stars hotel
The stay was amazing. I have the opportunity to travel a lot because of my job and this is easily one of the best 5 hotels worldwide. The best: people is very kind and they always try to cover your needs. They make you feel at home. Also, the hotel is in quite good conditions and in a very centric area of Pamplona. Love it.

Rates are overpriced for this season. Good thing is hotel location. This is not a 5 stars hotel. A/C was not working, I was needed to open balcony door. No bar, no nothing there. Please, be aware.
