The property was clean and the listing was accurate. It was conveniently located to the area we were visiting. Our main use of the property was a place to sleep. It did have a kitchen so we could have fixed our meals. We were out of the property most of the day visiting family. My only complaint was that the neighborhood was, at times, a little loud.

Great Apartment
The apartment was perfect for my needs. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The neighborhood isn't the greatest, but I knew that going in. It was very close to where I had meetings.

Comfortable and clean
This was a comfortable place to sleep, and had everything that we needed to make breakfast and other meals that we needed. The property was clean and uncluttered. It is right next to the 101 freeway, but when the door and windows are closed you don't hear the freeway at all. I would definitely stay here again.

Noisy neighbors
Communication with host, check-in and cleanliness were all great. Unfortunately we experienced very noisy neighbors due to a party happening that continued well past midnight. It was so bad that we couldn't sleep in the bedroom and had to sleep on the couch and still had trouble sleeping due to the noise. We messaged the host and she expressed empathy for our situation but took no action to stop. We were also disappointed with a very strong marijuana odor when we arrived. Would not stay here again sadly.

Clean and convenient with excellent host
Great unit that was extremely clean and well-equipped. Great location and Ilya, the host, was so quick to respond and provided excellent communication. With the convenience of having the highway close by, there is a bit of noise but only a concern if you’re a light sleeper.
