Nice property. Spacious room and large comfortable bed. Kitchenette was very handy. Road noise was constant but you got used to it.

Lovely friendly check-in and out, nothing was a problem during our stay. The unit was clean and housekeeping serviced our room daily and left it all clean and tidy each time which was lovely to return to after a long day out. Lovely to have filter coffee and the spa bath as extra treats.

Up stairs and ground floor rooms. We were up stairs. Hard to lug heavy case up. Weren’t given an option of up stairs or down and a lot of vacancies at the time. Objected to getting an email before checking in requiring a credit card or $200 cash deposit when checking in. Not a problem for us but should have been mentioned when booking online.

We usually stay here when visiting Palmerston North. Once again did not disappoint. Room was clean and comfy. It’s great to have the kids in a seperate bedroom and they enjoyed the hot tub! Walking distance to many places and the staff were great too.
