A decent hotel about a 20 minute walk or 6 euro taxi ride into Palma city centre. The facilities at the hotel were, on the whole good. The staff were attentive and polite. The breakfast buffet was excellent with something for everyone.
My only criticism was the difference in quality of the two identical rate rooms which I booked. Our room was airy and spacious with a pleasant outlook onto the gardens, whilst our friends room was a disabled friendly room which felt dark and compact, with a very poor outlook over the ramp to the car park.
I would rate this hotel as satisfactory. Somewhere between 3 & 4 stars.
Spent 3 days in Palma - the hotel was ideal for sightseeing in the city. Good breakfast; good sized room and the pool and spa facilities were good for cooling off at the end of the day. All of the outdoor pool was too deep for our younger daughter but the smaller indoor one was fine for her.
Our room was very spacious, clean and modern in style. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom facilities efficient and clean. We watched the marathon from the balcony overlooking the marina. In the room details it mentioned a 5th floor restaurant but this didn't seem to exist as breakfast was served in the adjoining cafe.
The hotel is well situated within 15 - 20 minutes walk of the main shopping centre and the cathedral. Lots of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. Staff great, my room was excellent. Décor and cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent.

A beautiful hotel recently opened (2006) built and furnished to a high standard, close to Palma's old quarter, the sea and …More
The hotel, facilities and beach are all great. The only thing that marred our experience was the road works outside the hotel with very loud drilling from 9am week days. I really feel we should have been informed of this at the time of booking so I would always call the hotel beforehand to make sure there is no work like this taking place.
Nice clean and tidy hotel whose gem lies in its superb staff. They where most attentive and efficient and very helpful. The Hotel sits high on a hill above the west side of Palma bay near the cruise ship Dock . Simple facilities include a smart pool area, a small gym (with limited equipment) and pleasant restaurant facilities with a great breakfast buffet. The location does mean some kind or transport is recommended either bus, which stops outside, or a car. You can walk down the hill to the large shopping mall of Porta Pi but remember you got to walk back up. You can walk down the hill a level and find a more main bus route which has a much more frequent service usually less than 10 mins at worst. Taxi's are also readily available but from experience ask for a rough price before committing as the prices vary increadibly from cab to cab despite supposidly being metered.
Had a lovely 4 night stay at hotel which is in a fab location near marina. Opt for a seaview room to get views of cathedral/marina. Staff great and facilities good. Huge variety at breakfast buffet inc soya milk. Lunch and dinner choices limited due to low season, but high quality and generous portions nonetheless. Would definitely stay here again.
We went for a short break ,hoping to find some sunshine and interesting places to visit and we not disappointed. Our hotel was situated in the old part of Palma and the cathedral, beautiful streets with courtyards and the port were all within walking distance. We found the people very helpful and for those visitors who like to shop, there was so much choice available and such good design even at the cheaper end.

The island capital, Palma de Mallorca is one of Spain’s most appealing small cities. The highlight of the atmospheric Old Town is its magnificent Gothic cathedral. There are Renaissance palaces and buildings to explore the Palau de l’Almudaina is recommended and inviting small modern museums, galleries, and first rate shopping. In the evenings, authentic Mallorcan tapas bars and restaurants rub shoulders with sophisticated nightspots.
