This house will be a wonderful option for those seeking to enjoy their holidays with family and friends in a tranquil, peaceful and privileged setting. This villa dates from the year 1915\. Initially it was a typical Mallorcan rustic farmhouse, which thanks to its location and additional facilities has been transformed into holiday accommodation. Its swimming pool with a size of 10 x 4, surrounded by a solarium with sun loungers and a Balinese bed, is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. The wooden swing is perfect for enjoying the sunset and immortalising the stay in this beautiful villa with a romantic photo. The property also offers a BBQ, porch and pergola with dining and rest areas, and its spacious and well-maintained garden gives this property an intimate and family-like character. Lovers of active holidays and sports enthusiasts will appreciate the mini-golf, tennis court and ping-pong table. Architecturally, the estate represents a fascinating blend of typical Mallorcan constructive elements, such as natural stone walls and modernity, and has a luxurious and spacious interior of 300 square metres, decorated with great taste. Either drop the price and change the photos or investment needed. A pity because we all agreed it could be really lovely with a bit of money spent on it.
