Villa Marbella has an area of approx. 400 m², distributed over three floors and offers a spacious entrance hall, a large living-dining room with TV, a fully equipped independent kitchen, five bedrooms, four complete bathrooms with shower and a toilet. Additionally, there are 2 terraces with rest areas where you can enjoy your meals or drinks. Villa Marbella has everything necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay: air conditioning, WiFi connection, washing machine, iron, bed linen and towels, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, oven, coffee maker, and much more. The outdoor area offers a swimming pool surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a barbecue, and a dining table where you can spend hot days cooling off in the pool and enjoy grilled meals with your family and friends on warm evenings.
