Beautiful house for 4 people, located in Es Portixol, a cozy urbanization belonging to the island capital, Palma de Mallorca, and at only 190 meters of the sea. This fantastic two-storey village house is perfect for the large city lovers. It features with a marvelous terrace, perfectly furnished so that you can spend time outdoors enjoying, for instance, of having tasty breakfasts or delicious barbecues, under the shade canopy. At night, it also invites guests to organise pleasant evenings, having dinner and taking a glass of wine. Then, there is a second glazed terrace, with a chill-out approach, excellent to read or to chat all together after dinner. Indoors, combining a rustic and modern style, welcomes you a wide stay which unifies the living room with the dining room and the kitchen. On the sofa you can take such a well-deserved rest or watch the satellite TV, accompanied by a wooden stove or the air-conditioner, depending on the time of year. The kitchen, equipped with tall unit and a big kitchen island with ceramic cooktop, is the ideal area to cook as comfortable as at home. Even though, you can also play some music meanwhile you cook your favourite dishes. The laundry is independent and it has a wash machine, a dryer, an ironing board and an iron. There are two bathrooms at the house too, one of them with a bathtub at this floor and another one with a shower on the floor above, where, moreover, there are also two dormitories. Both of them have a double bed and air-conditioning, although only one has a wardrobe. Ultimately, there is availability for a cot and a high chair, as well as two radiators.The accommodation is situated in such amazing urbanization of Palma, Es Portixol. It is a familiar and peaceful place, but at the same time it is also really lively, as there are many bars and restaurants, a supermarket, bus stop and, the best of all, the beach at only 190 meters or 2 minutes walking. It is a really tiny beach located next to a small harbour, consequently after a spending the day at the beach you can have a shower and a walk staring at the ships and the lights at night. Then, you can also go to the centre of Palma and visit its incredible Old City.Note: this renting does not accept guests under 25 years old, except in those cases that they are accompanied by their parents.
