Permit number 7237 City ID 4145 Soak up the iconic charm of Palm Springs in this mid-century Alexander home! “Casa Blanca” is a three-bedroom, two-bath home featuring a large private yard with a sparkling pool for frolicking in the sun. The toughest decisions you will have here is whether to ride the bikes to downtown, play Ping-Pong or nap in the hammock. This home is also perfect for evening entertainment after the sun sets. Relax around the gas-lit fire pit and let the jet jacuzzi massage away your cares. Whether cooking dinner in the full kitchen or on the charcoal BBQ, you find everything you need- high quality linens, modern kitchen appliances, central heating and air conditioning, indoor gas fireplace, smart TV, high speed wireless internet, washer & dryer, indoor surround sound music, and a sparkling clean interior. The master bedroom has a California king bed, the second bedroom has an Eastern king bed, and the third bedroom has full and twin sized mattresses on the bunk bed. Located 5 minutes from downtown with the scenic San Jacinto hills and snow-capped mountains as a backdrop. PRIVATE ACCESS TO THE PEACEFUL PARK LOCATED BEHIND THE HOUSE. The house manager, is available during your stay to promptly address any questions and concerns. Optional: Pool can be heated for an additional $75 per day with a minimum 3 days charged (including the day the heat is turned on the day prior to your stay).
