This stunning and completely remodeled villa is now available as the ultimate vacation home! Featuring 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and a total of 8 beds, this luxury vacation home has it all to gather your family and friends, entertain and enjoy all of the amazing amenities of the California Desert. ​​​​​​​Outdoors: Just outside the living room is the impressive, half acre backyard with modern lounge seating, al fresco dining for 12 with patio heater, built in & natural gas BBQ and a gas fire pit. The oasis-style pool has a large tanning shelf and spa with waterfall spillway. Adjacent to the outdoor dining area, guests can relax in the shade on an overstuffed hammock lounger or in the sun with one of several chaise lounges that surround the crystal-clear pool and spa. Just beyond the pool, around the corner to the western end of the home is a large lawn that provides ample space for a game of bocce ball or corn hole. Indoors: All-new furnishings and fixtures, travertine floors and wood ceiling beams adorn the 3,600 square feet of the open-concept living space. Guests will find a newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, wine refrigerator, walk-in pantry, double ovens and a 5-burner gas range with pot-filler; an impressive 9.5-ft dining table with seating for 8-10 and plenty of comfy lounge space in the living room with a large flat screen TV and funky décor. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties. This fee is not included on Airbnb bookings. WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to! DO YOU ALLOW PETS? Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. The home was spacious, stylish, and beautifully decorated, with a great open floor plan and clutter-free design. It had everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen with all the extra items for cooking, to clean, comfortable bedrooms and spotless bathrooms. The backyard and pool area were definite highlights. The pool was clean and well-maintained, with a lovely shallow pad that made it perfect for relaxing during the day or stargazing at night. Our group of friends had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy both the indoor and outdoor areas. Jen and her team were fantastic — proactive, responsive, and incredibly welcoming. Their clear communication and thoughtful touches made our stay even better. If you're looking for a serene desert getaway with a top-notch pool, beautiful home, and amazing hosts, this is the place. We stayed there with a group of family and friends and it fit all 14 of us very comfortably. The backyard and pool is amazing - we spent most of our time outside. The bedrooms are all in great condition, as were the common areas. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Jen and her team were very responsive and helpful during our stay. The beds are comfy and clean, the pool is clean, relaxing and tranquil with enough room to accommodate everyone. The home is private, but I will say my guests and I didn't care for the security camera aimed at the pool. I completely understand the need for security (perimeter of house), but feel I paid for privacy, especially at the pool. It was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again and recommend this home to future visitors. Just a side note, we had some issues with the outlets tripping in all the bathrooms and some of the exterior wall plugs not working. They seem to be fine on the interior wall as we had to search for outlets that worked. This was a minor inconvenience, but by no means ruined the experience." ##### Deborah M.
