It is close to downtown yet feels like it is away from it all. The neighborhood is lovely for walking and biking. The house itself is exactly as it appears in the photos. It is beautifully appointed and comfortable. I especially loved the kitchen office area where I was able to do my work each morning and watch the sun rise to start each day. The landscaping and outdoor areas are delightful- we especially liked the outdoor fireplace for the chillier January evenings. This entire team works with a true spirit of hospitality. We had never been to Palm Springs before and Nate helped us pick out the perfect spot that met our needs. Patrick helped us several times when we could not figure out a few things with the house- he was prompt and acted as if we were the only people he needed to help- we felt taken care of and welcomed. I would definitely work with this team again because they clearly value their clients and want to ensure that people have a great experience.
