The heart of downtown Palm Springs, where you'll find excellent restaurants, shops, casinos, and nightlife all along Palm Canyon Drive, is only one mile west. Choose from over 100 golf courses in the area and spend a day on the links, or take in an incredible view from the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway six miles west. Things to Know \-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. \-The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week the guest stays. \-This home is managed by Vacation Palm Springs Real Estate, Inc. The layout was very good for us and our friend. We each had our own room and bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pan. There are no staples (oil, herbs, etc.) but that should not detract from the property. The only downside for us was the airplane noise. The property has single paned windows and the unit is in the take off pattern. We did ask the management company about this prior to booking and they said it was not tracked. If you are bothered by this, maybe this may not be for you. The next door neighbors who own their condo have double paned windows that minimize the noise.
