There is also a communal pool shared by all guests. \- The Blackhaus offers a wide variety of booking options, from 1-bedroom rooms to 2, 4, 8, or even a 16-bedroom buyout. The 1 bedroom option is the only listing that does not have a kitchen, laundry, Bocce Ball court, firepit/fireplace, or private bbq access. Please reach out if you have any questions or inquiries. \- Per the City of Palm Springs all reservations must complete a Virtual Check-In and sign a Vacation Rental Rules Acknowledgment form prior to arrival. AvantStay will reach out to coordinate these things after you've completed your booking. \- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet. \- During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this. \- During the cooler months from December 1, 2025, through February 28, 2026, the pool heat will be turned off as part of our seasonal adjustment.
