"good hotel, close to beech but far away from city"
overall good experience.hotel staff very friendly, polite and helpful.they work very hard to keep you comfortable.
particularly sunil at main entrance and Irshad in sultan lounge ,go out of the way to serve the hotel guests .
rooms are nice.facilities very good with big clean private beech.
however, hotel follows rigid check-in time policy which is very unhelpful for jet lagged guests traveling from long distances .especially because tourists don't have control over flight times.for example we reached the hotel
at 9.00 am after long overnight flight but could not get the room until 2.00 pm.their check in time is 3.00 pm.
therefore ended up sitting in the hotel lounge for 5 hours.
bottled water served in restaurants is very expensive although hotel gives free water bottles in the rooms and in the swimming pool, paradoxical and annoying.

Great hotel with service, scenic location, my only bug bear would be the poor wifi and soft pillows. Very child friendly with the Kids Club onsite which kept the little one entertained. My wife loved the Tuesday ladies spa night- apparently well worth the money.
If your looking for a hotel on The Palm- this is the one.
Everything was great: from an early check in which helped with our 2 young boys to the beautiful rooms. The only small disappointment was that the food in most of the restaurants wasn't amazing; it was OK, but did not live up to the same quality as the rest of the hotel.

TV channels did not work. Several plug sockets not working. Maid service repeatedly did not provide 5 sets of towels and one one occasion they were not provided until the next day even though the apartment was booked for 3 adults and 2 children. However, these are minor aspects of the service and did not ruin our experience at all. Its a decent place and in a great location.
