### Stylish South Palm Desert Retreat - near El Paseo

Prime South Palm Desert pool home on private lot, close to El Paseo. You will love the vibe in this stylish and comfortable mid-century home, beautifully furnished with a private pool and spectacular indoor/outdoor living.   
  
Living, dining and island style kitchen stylishly furnished and flooded in desert light. Vaulted and beamed ceilings, a focal-point fireplace and French doors from virtually every room provide direct access to the private pool in back and gated courtyard in front.  
  
Bedrooms are positioned on opposite ends of the home and feature direct patio access. The en suite primary retreat has a king bed, sitting area and walk in closet.   
  
The guest bedroom has a queen bed, is also en suite, and has beautiful mountain and pool views.  
The private front courtyard is shaded by olive trees and umbrellas surrounding a built-in fire pit.  
  
Parking options included two spots in the main driveway, plus a second driveway at the North end of the property with a carport.
