The complex was very quiet except from the aforementioned. quiet. A slat is missing from vertical blinds covering the window in primary bedroom. It was so nice I booked it again for December. When we arrived we did not have a clean condo. There was a previous guest’s hooded baby towel and adult swimsuit hanging on the back of the upstairs hallway bathroom door. Long black hair in both hallway and master bath showers. The travel sizes products were even placed on top of the hair on the bench of the shower. Dishes were put away with food on them. We notified the property management representative who said she opened a ticket and we would be contacted by housekeeping or management. We were never contacted. It’s conveniently located just a block from El Paseo and is within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. There are also a pool and tennis courts on site. The condo was very comfortable and clean. The only issue was communicating with Vacasa, the property management company. I called to confirm the details and was on hold for 48 minutes before my call was answered. They also sent confusing and contradictory check-in instructions.
