I liked the location and the convenience of The Inn being right next to the interstate and on the road to my final destination. The advertisement for The Inn was deceptive. The pool featured in the advertisement was not open and it didn't look like it would be opening anytime soon. There was no continental breakfast and I was told there hasn't been a continental breakfast since COVID which would have been at least 4 years now. The air conditioning in my room didn't work. Lightbulbs in two lamps were burned out. There was a small roach near the bathroom sink that I had to kill. The door to Room #203 was hard to close and the cleaning service didn't close it completely while I was away and I came back to find the door not completely shut.

Did not match listing on Expedia. Pool unusable - dirty and with algae. No breakfast. Have not offered breakfast since COVID. Ceiling tiles in hallway missing, etched graffiti in both elevators, stains on ceiling in room. Requested maid service - removed face cloths, 1 hand towel, towel and bath mat - did NOT replace, 1 towel was replaced. Toilet paper was down to less than 1/2 a roll and not supplemented with a spare roll. Reported quality of service next morning, was told it would be rectified that day. Maid removed hand towel, left 2 face cloths and another towel, but still no bath mat. Toilet paper was still not supplemented. Fire alarm went off at 1:30am. Was told by clerk false alarm, he was cancelling the FD and to go back to our rooms. Alarm still going. FD finally arrived at 2:05, checked and then turned off alarm. FD is literally 4 minutes away. Speaking with multiple guests they complained of roaches and ants in their rooms. I did not experience it. But one couple checked out due to it - per them. WILL NEVER use this hotel again.

I booked this hotel through Expedia. Needed a room on short notice for a funeral. The pictures must have been from 30 years ago. The rooms were old and dirty. Had a horrible chemical smell, some type of powder or spray in all the corners on the carpet. Maybes this was some type of bug killer because I encountered two roaches in the first 5 minutes. We left immediately. I went back to the front desk and let them know why I wouldn’t be staying there. I was told I had to speak to be manager who was not available for a refund. Called the next day, they said Expedia needed to be contacted. They refuse to give a refund for a hotel I spent about 15 minutes in. This place needs to be condemned, it’s far beyond cleaning. I would not stay here for free but even charging a penny for this place is a rip off let alone the money they’ve taken from us. 3 nights non refundable for false advertising. Expedia has also done nothing, saying they can’t get anything done. Expedia should be not be doing business with this place or any other with this poor of service and false advertising.

This property looks like it is going into bankruptcy. Everything is or should be under repair except nothing is being done to fix the neglect of the property. Pool is green with mold & of course closed. No breakfast either. We turned our key back to the desk after looking at the room & sitting on the beds. You really need to take this property off of your site. I really would like my money back as this hotel was not as advertised on your site.

In my room toilet is not working. No one has come yet even after 2 hours of continuous escalation. Also, room doesn't have enough lights. also, morning breakfast is not available.

I would say if you are looking for a long stay for a cheap price this is your place. If your stay is for vacation I prolly wouldn’t pick this place. The pool was closed and no breakfast. It is an old hotel but they are really cleaning up the place. I had a new microwave and bed. Housekeeping was very attentive.

This place is a “dump”. Noisy, bad smells, no safety lock on door, told desk about lack of hot water and they did nothing. Had to spray our luggage against “bed bugs” after we left. I have a picture of a bed bug we found while packing up. We arrived late night, stayed only one night, and couldn’t get out fast enough. I have a photo of a bed bug we found

I was traveling to the Boynton Beach area and booked a one-night stay at this hotel. For only $100 a night, I thought how bad it could be. Let me tell you this: the Inn at Boynton Beach is completely unsafe. I would NOT have booked this hotel if I knew its deplorable condition. If you are a single woman, avoid this hotel at all costs! Not only was it run down, but people were hanging in the parking lot and fixing their cars. Seriously, this hotel was a disaster, from dirty floors, and broken handles to filthy walkways. I could not bear the thought of walking barefoot on the carpeting in my room. Yes, it was that bad. The pool in the picture looks great. But in real life, it was closed and was filled with green water.

Badly needs repair, doors patched up and unsafe. Windows broken, missing tiles on floor, elevator making loud noises and the interior of elevator badly vandalized. Just too many faults to mention.

Conveniently located near the freeway, yet noise was not an issue. I stayed for 12 nights and I’ve slept soundly every night. The place and facilities are dated but they keep them clean. My room was clean and well stocked with fresh towels. Good deal for the price.

This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in. Literally every other window was broken including the window in my room. None of the free outlets worked except the one for the single working light and fridge. I had to shut off the valve to the ever-running toilet to get enough pressure to take a shower (cold water only). I wish I could attach pictures to show you the pool. It literally looks like a picture from Gaza!. I can’t believe this place is allowed to stay open….. The one plus, I made a great friend named Jim. He’s a cockroach

Carpet is filthy, main door is unsafe, bathroom door is broken, tub is clogged tv is broken, smells bad, theyre claiming no smoking bad its smell cigarettes, as u enter the room it smell so bad...there is roaches and the matress looks like its going to break as u move...when i booked the room it says free breakfast but they dont serve bfast anymore theyre saying due to covid and theyre blaiming expedia for not deleting it...i wont recommend this hotel to other people...

This place is a hot mess, no chairs in the lobby, the room had Roach running around. The room u couldn't breath how stink it was. No breakfast no tea. The pool was closed the whole stay. The hotel dnt have a sign up outside, we had to call to get direction. I would never recommend it to anyone it just nasty like a crack hotel

Had to leave and find a different hotel as soon as I saw the room. Not only was there a bad, decaying smell throughout the whole building, but the rooms were full of gross stains and dust. I tried to ignore the overall uncleanliness until I checked the bathroom. There were roaches everywhere. I noticed the first one crawling out of the uncovered sink drain, and more skittering across the floor. I saw more squished outside the elevator, so the roaches were not isolated to my room. I left immediately, hoping none had found their way into my bags and clothes. Unfortunately, I had to shell out over double the price for the last available room at another hotel.
