John, we are sorry that you couldn’t make your reservation . We have a cancellation policy since we are only a small family owned inn . You booked thru a third party which is out of our control. Hopefully you can book another time and not need to cancel .

Jupiter Waterfront Inn is a beautiful property. It is very simple with a wonderful Old Florida feel. The staff is friendly and extremely accommodating. When you walk out your back sliding door, you have a beautiful view of the pool and water. It’s gorgeous. We walked to a few restaurants that were amazing! We loved the location!

An older "motor-lodge" type facility, which was very well constructed and maintained, made the rooms very quiet and comfortable. Did not like that there was absolutely no breakfast available and, being located in a somewhat remote location, is not within walking distance of any kind of food. Lastly, was not appreciative of the inflated room rates due to baseball spring training going on during this time.

Donna, we are so glad you enjoyed your stay! Unfortunately, our little inn does not have the facilities to allow a food service permit for breakfast. Our rates are at their highest during Florida's tourist season (winter and spring), but we believe they are competitive with the surrounding hotels. We do hope you'll come back and stay with us again!

I really like the indoor amenities and heated pool. Wish they’d work out some access to the private beach that seems to belong to the private house just up the intercoastal

Great place to stay and loved the heated pool but the parking was an issue because it’s limited and we had to park in the grass outside of the property while it was raining. More parking is definitely needed. Overall the best place to stay when looking for a waterfront view !

If you want a boutique type hotel, this is it. Small but quaint with beautiful views. The staff was more than excellent. It could not have been more perfect for our short stay.

This property was very clean and well kept - inside and outside. Pool was nice and the staff were SO nice and helpful. One evening I wanted coffee so the man working desk made a fresh pot just for me! Only negative is that the rooms are dark. No overhead lights (which would be easy to add on the ceiling fans) or at least 2 more lamps in the room. We did have an issue when our shower faucet broke but it was fixed within hours. Great place!! Hot tub near the pool would be a nice addition :-)

The only negative i can think of is the mattresses in the room need to be replaced. However, the room, lobby and property are super clean, and staff is very friendly. Will definitely stay at this property again in the future.
