Even though we were there during college spring break our hotel wasn’t quite as busy with spring breakers as some of the other hotels close by which made it nice, even though I was traveling with two college spring breakers. We were near all the action without being right it. We loved our location and easy access to the beach with a little bridge that crossed A1A. We could walk to lots of great little restaurants right along the strip. We had a great little deli market on the corner of our hotel. One night we were able to take a water taxi all throughout the intercoastal with on and off stops and we were able to get on it right near our hotel. Very enjoyable stay, we will be back.

The stay started off on the wrong foot, we had paid for a room with an ocean view in the main (newer) building. When we arrived we were told there was none of those left and the gentleman at the front desk was great, he assured us if we went back in the morning, the manager would have us moved. He even gave us free breakfast for our whole stay. The manager in the morning did have us moved and it was MUCH better. The previous room had a leaking AC unit and was in the older part of the building which is run down. The staff the entire time was awesome! Gave us recommendations for bars and places for dinner. Overall the stay was great and the employees made it a great experience, everyone was kind, accommodating and awesome!

We were given a room in the 1st floor portion of the low rise building, the perfume fragrance in the hallway was overwhelming. Our room had several areas of water damage in the exterior facing wall and in the bathroom. The walls of the room are paper thin so much that I could hear guests in adjoining rooms closing and opening their suitcases. For the price we definitely expected a much better experience.

They are trying so I appreciated that. The complimentary drinks were a nice touch but how complimentary are they when you are parings a resort fee? My room Marina Wing was musty and just felt old. The free bikes were unsafe - lose seats - broken bells. Parking was not included but rather cost another $45. The staff were very friendly and the beach was lovely and the decor in the main tower was nice but aI wouldn’t go back. Hilton overcharged and under delivered at this property.

The hotel apparently does not have adjoining rooms in the tower. The hotel has a rundown 2 story hotel. Ensure you are staying in the multiple story building only.

The hotel was okay overall. The room was outdated and so were the hallways with an interesting smell. We struggled getting the shower to work and had to call maintenance to assist with that. After that, using the shower was still a struggle as an out of this world force was needed to turn the water on. They have an overpriced but convenient market in the area. I guess we are tourists but the prices were a bit outrageous. If you have friends visiting, the hotel is conveniently located across from the beach public parking that beats the $45 the hotel charges for parking. We would go back for the convenience of location, but be aware there will be a deposit hold and a “fee” for using the amenities.

We were put in a room on the main floor just outside the parking lot. We had to have the curtains closed the whole time so that no one could look into our room. With only 2 lamps and the bathroom light, it was very dark. The water from the bathroom sink, tub and toilet were yellow. We stayed here twice before in the past, but in the main building. All was good then. Did not enjoy the room stay at all this time around. When I told the front desk, they said they were booked solid. We booked this stay back In December. Not sure why we got a parking lot Room 🙁

The woman at the front desk was miserable. Her attitude set the tone for the entire visit. Hotel property is dated. Restaurant staff unresponsive. Only the pool bar staff made us feel welcome. For the rest of the staff guests are a pain.

This is our go to hotel whenever we go on a cruise pre-and post and what makes it especially good is not just the location but the excellent staff in particular Wendy at front desk she’s always so pleasant and welcoming and genuinely want to make sure clients are happy with everything. She’s recognized for being an exemplary employee. Also, the ladies at the restaurant breezes are very accommodating, and so pleasant. What makes this hotel a five star is the employees

When I arrived at the property with my 3 children and husband after traveling all day we just were tired in need of food and rest the night before our cruise. We waited 20 minutes in a line before being told our room was in an older hotel that they had attached the main tower to. It was not convenient with a stroller and two other children to walk across the two lanes of cars coming in and out. The other side of the hotel was noticeably different just older and worn down looking. The bathroom water nozzle was busted, there was a thin sheet on each bed. I requested a pack n play and it came without any bedding or sheet. After walking across the road to the lobby I asked about food options and the woman behind the desk was annoyed with me. I had to cross outside twice to get the pizza delivery from the main lobby in the pouring rain it just made it exhausting. Then after finally getting everyone to bed a party started across the hall loud slamming of doors and grown men screaming for over an hour before I decided I’d have to call and complain … from midnight till 3:30 we listening to music blasting and screaming and other guests confronting these men. In the morning after walking past empty solo cups in our halls. The line was so long to checkout I didn’t have timeto because our Uber driver had arrived to take us to the port for our cruise. I called to checkout and was told the resort fee would be taken off, but instead I am now home and see I was charged regular price twice.
